  1. Haha. Great trolling.
  2. Nail on head. When you get a skate who accepts that, they gain respect. Unfortunately they're few and far between and genuinely believe the ******** they make up. 0p in the £ of an imaginary CVA is hilarious though. What a bell.
  3. Long for me. Followed by Bertrand, Classie and Davis. Had Romeu kept his place and form he'd be up there. Nice to see so many potential candidates.
  4. Half a million followers and only 1 bloke saw it. Suuuuuure. He was quickly shot down on Twitter anyway. The head is from his wiki page and I think the body is Cedric.
  5. He would imo. He'd wait until the end of the season I think. We said he wouldn't get the freedom at Spurs as he did at Saints. It was a rocky start and I remember the tweets of #PochOut for a short time. It would be a different beast at United but if they gave him a year grace he'd turn them around and the fans would love the style of football. Only problem is Spurs would obviously come in for Koeman.
  6. Like it
  7. That Oxford lot have their heads screwed on.
  8. Not this season. Bertrand is on track for that I'd say.
  9. They do have a shot. Arsenal have a cock up in them and Leicester & Spurs are being very consistent.
  10. Getting better and better. After this season I can see him really kicking on.
  11. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/long-wait-for-pompey-fans-ahead-of-fa-cup-clash-1-7176960 A few observations here: 1. They won't stop going on about how service is so much better when they're "fan owned" yet this stuff happens a lot it seems. 2. They're tricking their own fans into buying tickets to the Leyton Orient game. 3. Someone obviously had to mention best in the world. 4. That poster. "Nov 08 AC Milan came to town"
  12. Don't ban him. It's fun watching him be so consistently wrong before he goes on a blocking spree.
  13. Problem is players are told their entire lives how great they are and if they're doing well at a club like us, they'll always believe they can step up. No matter how many have failed before them.
  14. Just watching him week in week out. My opinion is that he's not good enough for the top teams. Plus he's a liability with yellow/red cards. He's too slow on the ball for them. Hes not exactly mobile enough so needs Schneiderlin next to him. He's awful in the air. He's too inconsistent defensively and his pass is his huge weakness. Put that all together and I think it's too much of a compromise for a top club. He is a good mid table PL player. Us, Everton, Stoke, West Ham type clubs. Not Champions League. Not yet anyway, I suppose he's still relatively young. But at the moment I think he's at his level.
  15. A skate I work with always says "I'd rather be in our position than yours". I burst out laughing every time. Odd bunch.
  16. Wanyama isn't good enough or consistent enough for a CL team so he'll either have to stay with us or sit on someone's bench. We really need to get Bertrand signed. Hopefully he'll remember his time at a big club and how it can go wrong.
  17. Radhi Jaidi with the people's elbow.
  18. Anybody who has ever played in goal can see Stek isn't anywhere near PL standard these days. His positioning is awful. Hence why so many goals fly past him. He doesn't look like he makes mistakes as they aren't obvious clangers like Boruc would sometimes make. But a PL keeper would have saved quite a few that he let in and the defence knew it too. They didn't trust him at all. Kelvin has his faults but he pulled off more saves in that 1 game he made as a sub than Stek ever did.
  19. This could be completely wrong but in my head I have this vision that Carlton bloody Cole always score against us.
  20. I'd be very sad to see him go. May not be a 20 goal a season man but I really rate his all round game. Very popular in the dressing room too.
  21. Would be strange but it seems fans of other teams really rate him. Probably because they never watch him play. Great free kick yesterday. His free kicks look to have improved. Was unlucky against Palace. Good couple of corners and a cool penalty. Didn't do much in open play though and that's what let's him down. Hopefully it'll come in time.
  22. A hat trick against Pompey too by the looks of it.
  23. The crowd were desperate for him to come on. Although he's played against us away I think we all realised this was probably the last chance to see him on the pitch at SMS and give him the farewell he deserves.
  24. Don't think it's the amount of games this week as it looked pretty bad against Palace.
