I'd be mighty ****ed off if we go yet another season without stripes. Sash kit was done as there was an historic reason. This red kit is crap and clearly for the Asian marketing. To do it again is really overstepping the mark. Bring back stripes after a year without and the fans will love it. Naturally we'd sell more.

Wasn't impressed with it at all when we went there last year. The worst part is its location. Fair play to their fans though, turning out in numbers. If they manage promotion soon and expand that stadium, I could see them filling it often. Which is quite an achievement when you look where they've been for a generation.

As many of you know they were in some serious financial trouble (not sure if they still are?) but they recently won the regional vote as the best small venue. They are now up for the national vote. You just know we're going to sign a couple small/cheaper players first and they'll be the usual suspects jumping all over it saying that Cortese clearly was lying about ambitious signing. That said, money won't guarantee anything. I'd rather we got a few bargains like Michu

Still looks like a good team spirit amongst the squad. I'm always surprised how quiet the players are in the tunnel before the game and when coming in for half time. Would have thought they'd be pumped and looking to be a bit intimidating.

That one has been covered with an advertising sheet for a few games. Could be true, would make space for quite a few seats. Shame it's away seats though. I heard that Cortese wants more boxes and is looking for a way to have them all around the ground rather than just the Itchen. Maybe that falls into those "plans" that came with the season ticket DVD.

As many have said, with a season of experience, a ore season under his belt and settling into England more, I can see him improving big time next year. His biggest problem is his price tag. He cost a lot so people expect miracles. His touch, vision and ability will see him come good in time. If we sell him now, I think we'll regret it big time in a couple of years.
