Seriosuly starting to believe that the reason Liverpool are in such a rush is because they HAVE agreed a mega-bucks deal for Suarez. We've argued the same point on other threads - they come in for AL & Lambert with take it or leave it offers now, knowing full well that "when" Suarez leaves for 70 or 80 million clubs like us would be insisting on 40Mil from them in cash for AL. The furore is bad enough now about AL "pushing" to get out, Christ imagine the row IF the Scousers pocket 70 or 80 mil in 3 or 4 weeks time after the WC. Think we should play hardball and watch

Absolutely bonkers for all but the very biggest pubs, which means they will be rammed and overcharging for sh1t beer because the Pubs have had to get sponsorship from Brewers...... Flan came on and played RB after about what seemed like 5 hours of Milner playing there. Stones then SEEMED to play down the left replacing Shaw. We had no commentary (and the picture quality was so bad that Shaw seemed to have BLACK hair all night) so no idea if they stayed that way

I have one reservation with Magath. Namely that he was stupid enough to take on the Fulham job. IMHO that means he is either insanely arrogant or just simply thick, as it was clear to any of Bearsy's no brainers that Fulham were a basket case of a club.
