Remember, to get ANY money back he had to keep the club running and pay wages and salaries. For that loan he took security against the Stadium. The expectation was that CSI's purchase price (which they didn't pay) was 17mil, so the critical question in the mess is how much of that 17mil was "repaying the loan" from Chinny to the club, how much was interest and how much was his "profit" Using the same argument that I used with the CSI budget. Since we have NO other base point to start from I use the 17mil as being "What Chinny wants back out of his first investment" Chinny has 1) Security against CSI assets 2) Security against Nottarg Krap. I have no doubt in my mind that he will want ANY shortfall from the Admin of CSI back from the club. I would also hazard a guess that he will be expecting INTEREST on that outstanding 17mil one way or another - 17mil since June - 6 months at 8%........
