On a much more important note. I've noticed quite a few posts of late by newcomers to this epic drama, many with very low post counts but cracking quality of links and analysis - welcome aboard to you all gang. And also a few more comments by passing forum legands, so I'll just take this opportunity to say thanks to all 2.5 million of you that have passed this way and may the next few days of Panic Last Minute Christmas Shopping bring you Peace, Calm and Satisfaction. Unlike what will be happening down the road in their Accounts Office

Wouldn't it make for a fantastic Christmas present if the few are finally undone by Comical Andy's big mouth. After what he appeared to get away with in the changing the size of the debt game to get his CVA pushed through last time. Karma at work again? Oh on the subject of which thank fook I'm away for New Year - Boy George has reformed Culture Club & is playing... Karma Chameleon... Comical Andy

Butter, Lard or Oil though? Always used Lard but that is like 10 times more expensive than butter down here so we switched
-
True, but ONLY when the fans singing it actually BELIEVE Lallana makes Messi look sh1te. For all the rest, we take it as an affectionate/ironic p1ss-take in the way the Barmy Army originally intended with Mitchell Johnson

Yikes just noticed it's nearly Christmas. Also just noticed this from the NHS http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Healthychristmas/Pages/cooking-turkey.aspx Which means that IF you have an 8Kg frozen Turkey you need to start defrosting it in the fridge TODAY! Anyway, think we will need a Good idea cookery thread for the build - up. Stick the good ideas up here, Mulled Wine recipe's, what you're doing with your Sloe Gin etc... What the best herbs are for toasting skates over an open fire
-
Specially with many of the other players joining in - big lolage that thread on Twitter

It will of course have to be clean compliant and complete, as with us, IF (oops when) the FL apply snactions, the FIRST thing they will try to do will be to appeal against it - probably along the lines of "But we had someone ready to buy and now they have run away and so we will sue you for damages" - which is kinda what we tried to do when we got hit. The FL then have to be able to do the same - appeal and we will withhold your "Licence/Golden Share" until the courts decide. Oh and if you lose we will automatically relegate you two divisions as well

OK here you go gang. the HK OG video is included in this montage of the top 10 own goals ever in the Torygraph http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/premier-league/8967675/Top-10-own-goals-of-all-time.html Interestingly the goal in 2nd place then shows some chick having her nipples pierced. (No you pervs, you only see her reaction - lol) Random

You watched Contagion? Perhaps they are researching how to infect a bowl of peanuts. -
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/cricket/8968614/Shane-Warne-tells-TV-viewers-how-hell-dismiss-Brendon-McCullum-...-and-then-does-it.html Was watching the replay of this tonight - what a class act he still is, but to call the entire build-up live on air to the ball that gets McCullum out. Ripper!

Would be great to have it back at football. But at what cost? 20 quid to have a row of some big tall bstds like me standing in front of you? How would it affect the plans NC has in the back of his mind for a stadium expansion? But once_bitterne is right, won't happen.

Conversely, Big Sam likes hoofball but has a lot of quality ball players in the squad. Let him get his hoofers in and we can cherry pick the quality
-
They have. This year they'll all be nPc players

We get a different commentator to you lot with the Beeb, but the same pictures (and krap crowd mikes) Our 'tater gave it to Hammond, and would have to agree with him. Agree with both sides of the Lallana argument, he held the ball up well and brought players in, but he did also on occassions appear to make the wrong choice when he could have moved the ball on quicker. That said, his run down the left in the 1st half brought a few cheers from the massive down the pub.

So, that's their big day done and dusted then. How good must they feel that they were able to make signals behind the backs of our players on global television? Sure showed any prospective owners why their fans are so special. (In the needs area that is) Nice cold, dark winter months ahead of them huddled around the gas fires in their uninsulated caravans, filled with the excitement and anticipation of the delights of the weekly updates from Comical Andy on their daily toilet roll delivery aka the News. (and of course a thrashing by Chelski's reserves to come) You know what? Hahahahahahaha

To be hnest, for a Derby match it really wasn't THAT loud or intense from either set of fans. Sure a few songs from both ends came over the telly down here but it wasn't blood & thunder stuff. And the picture f the skate giving the w@kner sign to Fox at a throw in in the 2nd half just showed how sad they were.

Ah next week they're saved! God bless AA for being so devoted and working through Christmas Bank Holidays. When the banks are shut. Lawyers are shut and... Oh

84 Cup match, stayed with a Saints ST mate who lived in North End, caught the bus to his place after the game. Hardest thing I have ever done in my life, keeping the glum face on during that bus ride. Got off at his road, we let out a massive YEAAAHHH, fecking bus stopped at lights 100 yards up the road. That was a scary moment, but made it home safe then down the Fawcett Inn & (memory bad think it was Nero's) for a bucket load

10.8 to CSI (now the administrator) 16.5 for the CVA So the MISSING figure is the amount of money that Chinny LENT them during their own Administration. Remember, to get ANY money back he had to keep the club running and pay wages and salaries. For that loan he took security against the Stadium. The expectation was that CSI's purchase price (which they didn't pay) was 17mil, so the critical question in the mess is how much of that 17mil was "repaying the loan" from Chinny to the club, how much was interest and how much was his "profit" Using the same argument that I used with the CSI budget. Since we have NO other base point to start from I use the 17mil as being "What Chinny wants back out of his first investment" Chinny has 1) Security against CSI assets 2) Security against Nottarg Krap. I have no doubt in my mind that he will want ANY shortfall from the Admin of CSI back from the club. I would also hazard a guess that he will be expecting INTEREST on that outstanding 17mil one way or another - 17mil since June - 6 months at 8%........ How much are the assets of CSI worth in a fire sale? 1 pound for poopey plus their debts + best he could hope for will be Bernie Ecclestone paying a few mil for WRC rights so again Chinny STILL has money owed him and a security against the club (That is how I read all of this) Hence the STARTING price of 44.3mil and then what can be knocked off from the fire sale and the rest - poopey still don't own their stadium because Chinny has THAT tied up as well.
