The VVD song to Achey Breaky Heart on Tuesday was almost worse than the performance.

Yes they work. I know plenty of people who have kicked cigarettes and now just use a vaporiser. Mine is one of these http://www.innokin.com/vaporizers/cool-fire-iv-plus/ There's loads of shops opening up now selling a whole range of weird and wonderful flavoured liquid and plenty of companies making new mods. I was never a big smoker (around 5 a day, more if I was out drinking) but I'd never go back to it now. The government should be encouraging smokers to take up vaping because of the obvious health benefits but probably won't because the tobacco companies have a lot of clout behind them and invest a huge amount in lobbying MPs.

Sunderland are 6/1 so if you believe our players are suddenly crap, have given up and won't try then lump on that

If it was at the station it will all be on CCTV and they'll get arrested at a later date

Why is the post match thread locked?

Saints fans banned due to footage taken by other Sainte fans. I hope the lot that uploaded those videos are happy with themselves.

I wish I'd have filmed it as I was on the lane that joined the 2 squares when they came through. I don't remember seeing any Police with that group. There were a couple that scuttled up behind once they'd pretty much reached the square but they then ran up towards the main road, took a couple of lefts and ended up as part of a bigger Police group at an entrance to the square adjacent to where the Arnham fans marched in. This was the area they started dragging fans out to once the fighting had stopped.
-
That was started on Twitter by Simon Peach. There were also Arnhem fans in the square saying Feyenoord were involved but that didn't sit with what I saw as the big group of lads who started the trouble marched straight past me towards the square singing "Arnhem, Arnhem" As far as i saw the only people arrested in the square at the time were Dutch.

Can Saints or West Ham manage to gate crash the top 4 at man Citys expense?

Kiev haven't played competitively for a couple of months or so. I doubt City will have a game that easy in the Premier League unless they still have Villa to play. -
Do Saints improve players better than other teams?

I can't wait for a Liverpool forum to offer us £20 million for Batman. Unfortunate for the OP, but these things happen. -

I wonder if any of their moody fans will stop off in Bournemouth next week on the way to Exeter?

"Did 500 Pompey get lost on the way? They said they had sold all their 1800 allocation."

http://www.onlybarnet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10589&start=30 Top of page 3 describes the play leading to the penalty. Pompey stealing yards now as well as money from charity. This time they were properly punished.

Saints control of the ball has been poor, especially at the back. Reading have had the best chances despite being a man down.

Live on youtube I'm watching to see this new 15 year old left back who has been promoted up from the U18's. He just took an excellent 20 yard free which the keeper clawed out of the top corner. 0-0 after 10 mins, Reading down to 10 men after their CB took out Gallagher when he was through on goal.

If he goes in the summer without decking an official first his legacy at the club will be incomplete.
-
Exactly. We've given him plenty of support which incidentally he's never acknowledged with even the mere hint of a wave to the fans and he is often first off down the tunnel. I don't expect him to be lapping the pitch David Prutton style after every game, but it would be nice if he occasionally gave us something which suggests he appreciates our efforts.

This against Feyenoord last week. In other news, Noodles is a plum.

We were back row for Chelsea and a few rows away at Norwich and both were fine. Makes no odds as far as I'm concerned.

My 10yo has started coming away more regularly this season. There aren't any grounds I wouldn't take him to and I really can't understand what you could possibly be worried about. Football fans have never routinely picked on little kids and in the current sanitised environment of the Premier League it certainly isn't going to start now. The worst you'll encounter is a few lairy lads and some bad language but then you get that at every football ground from non league up.

Thanks for the reminder, logged on and bought mine just in time.

I did think my figure was low but it was taken from some official stats. Maybe the person that collated them only had 4 fingers to count with.
