But none of those things did happen and he did assist the goal. If Yoshida hadn't made the run we wouldn't have scored, and if your Mum hadn't opened her legs that night and given your Dad the simple job of ejaculating inside her you wouldn't be here. Point out where I said Gaston's pass was a "wonder". And it will make the end of season video unless they randomly cut the move out and only show Yoshida shooting.
-
It's an assist. If he'd underhit, overhit, screwed the pass up then the move breaks down. Also if there was a thread discussing Yoshida's merits then people would definitely had been pointing out he assisted a goal. This Gastonette nonsense makes you come across as even more patronising than normal.

If there's ever been a group of people to sing "you're fu.cking shiiite" at it's the Stereophonics. -
Singing "there's only one south coast derby" told them all they needed to know last time.

The club lower prices to get the less regular punters through the doors, but what happens to the more regular people? Why didn't they bother going?

100 pages last night. 88 in the normal one. Liebherr out.

Massive game for those who live in the crossover catchment areas of New Milton and nearby, less so for everyone else. This could be a lot closer than many think. I'm going for 10-0 Saints.

When Yoshida scored and our fans started singing his name to 7 Nation Army (yawn) I turned to my son and remarked that it was ridiculous that we now sing the same song for 3 players. The old couple in front turned around and grumpily asked me why it matters. I thought about engaging them in a long dialogue about fan culture but decided the easiest way to sort it was just to punch them instead.
-
Anyone notice the programme was smaller last night but still cost £4. Liebherr out.

Slow first half but despite a few half chances they never caused us problems. Koeman obviously had a word at half time and second half was much better. Our class showed in the end and the subs made us much stronger. One thing I noted is that Agbonlahor looks like he's been on the balti pies, he was struggling to outrun Caulker.

Could have been an easier draw but we certainly have to fancy our chances against them. -
He did alright, some nice touches, spread the play well with diagonal passes. One lovely backheel in the second half and set up the opening goal. Was certainly not turd.
-
Maybe derry has exaggerated a bit, but he certainly gave us the impetus that helped grab a draw. He did everything asked in the time he was on the pitch. Kept possession well, stretched the play, tracked back, made incisive runs, moved the ball quickly, ran at defenders, set up a goal. I'm not sure what else he could have done. There's plenty of stuff you can judge from being at a game that you don't get from watching a match on tv. As for his run not being on MOTD that means nothing. They routinely miss out good chances and incidents in games especially when they feel the need to spend time with their tongue inserted halfway up Klopp's rectum that could have been devoted to match footage.

Solid team that JRM. With the probability of all those Northern teams in the next round we could really do with a hone draw if we get through. Strange to think that Stoke could be the most Southern team left.
-
It was. I was at the game. By "there" I meant Sheffield.

Win tomorrow. Draw Sheff Weds away in the quarters. 3000 Saints up there again for a dismal defeat.

Huh? Me and my group of mates were never season ticket holders at The Dell but got tickets in the Archers for every game without fail. I remember before any sort of loyalty scheme was introduced we had to take previous ticket stubs down to prove attendance at a certain number of games. This was clearly easily open to abuse, as were the cardboard season tickets that a couple of people I knew just photocopied and used to get in for free.

I watched the 17 min highlights last night. We scored, Mane got booked. They had a corner, Mane got sent off. Unless they showed it after the red card because I turned off after that.

I can only think that the Echo readers who voted were drunk, blind or taking the ****. -
Hoops, he's been excellent so far. Strolls through most of the game like he's playing kids football 4 years above his age group. He's made a couple of positional mistakes but that's par for the course for a CB slotting in to a new defence. His passing is superb, he's strong, good in the air and is also providing us with a much bigger threat at attacking set pieces, scoring and coming close a few times. So far he looks like a perfect signing.
-
The ones I saw were on Saints Player although for some reason they miss out the run and pass to Pelle near the end.

His run from our half past a couple of players (one of who was desperately trying to bring him down) to set up a chance for the winner was brilliant. Pelle missing the ball and falling over was less good.

I tried a couple of places a little further down but both were closed. They had the same diversion after the MK game which was why I didn't want to go through it all again. As I said before some warning would have been nice.
