And some more....the Premier League's first openly gay footballer? The lefty, last season accounted for sixteen goals and fourteen assists, was in a conversation with Koeman have already announced that he wants to come out. The Saints also In the Twente regional newspaper, however, that coverage Tadic speaks thus against. Also the amount of twelve million is not correct; Twente hopes to get Tadic more.

Here's a direct quote translated "I have not spoken to anyone. If I decide, it will be on my feelings. Schalke 04 seems great, the club plays in the Champions League, but also the other clubs are beautiful, "says the 25-year-old Serb. The Algemeen Dagblad reported earlier in the evening that Twente on the verge Tadic for twelve million Southampton to sell.

Here's a chant we can steal for him. [video=youtube;nkY6gPm1-cs]

A quick translation on the ever reliable google makes it sound like he's told Koeman he wants to sign. The fact he takes good penalties is a bonus. Is Pelle the main penalty taker at Feyenoord?

The difference between those seasons was that in 2003 we snuck into 8th on the final day courtesy of a 1-0 win in the last ever game at Maine Road, whereas this season we were nailed on to finish 8th in March at which time we started to give up.

Very happy with Watson coming in. Good work Saints.

My mate used to work with Jake Hallet's mum, a piece of information which I'm sure is of no interest to anyone whatsoever but I thought I'd share it anyway.

We're nothing more than the Liverpool of the South

If only some of our other players angling for a move had the same mature attitude as Morgan. I see he was quoted as saying he has had good conversations with the board, something which contradicts what we have heard about other players being ignored or not being able to contact them.

The Liverpool thing is irritating and I've never really had much time for them, but if the player wants to leave and they are prepared to stump up the cash we want there's no chance of us being able to do anything about it.

I'll still appreciate his skills but I can never enjoy seeing him play in the same way. There's no doubt he bungled the way he left and that hurts, but booing him achieves nothing. I'm on holiday, but If I was at Anfield for the first game next season (as I was for Walcott and Chamberlain's at Arsenal) I'd give him a clap at the end and then begrudgingly move on.

Lallana's been my favourite player for a long time, and I'm massively gutted he's gone. Like many others, I've been watching him play for nearly 10 years. From U18, to senior debut, then through the bad times. Seeing him develop from there into a phenomenal player capable of holding his own on the world stage is something I'm glad I witnessed. We have been incredibly lucky as fans to see him play week in week out for a long time and he's provided each and every one of us with some incredible memories and celebrations we will never forget. I don't blame him for leaving, even if I've been a bit miffed at the muddled way he went about it. But I wish him well.

[Daily Mail] Saints make formal enquiry to sign Danny Ings
The Cat replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
Considering our nickname, a player will finally be fully justified in saying they are going back to their spiritual home. -
Annoyingly accompanied by a picture of a bloke in a Liverpool shirt. It's also fairly kind of the journalist to describe Bitterne precinct as "drab" even if I do like it there ever since finding a record worth about £80 for 90p in the Sue Ryder shop.

Great news. Hopefully we'll see a bit more of him in the first team next season.
-
He's 28. We can do a lot better than him.

Whereas my first thought was "I'd love to have a kick about on those pitches" Really looking forward to seeing it next season when hopefully we'll be allowed back on site to watch academy games. -
Nothing wrong with bumping old threads to show people what complete plums they have been. Serves them right for posting such inane drivel in the first place.

My kids love this, and to be fair so do I. Debut album out shortly

Will be interesting to see if they have any input into our new kit. Could see us getting the sash back.

If Roy has any sense he'll start him against Uruguay instead of Rooney.

It's terrible, and we already do nothing but sing other teams songs!

Please no, that's proper embarrassing.
