Clearly the main focus of that advert is not the 135, which is in a small little box. The focus is the date that the club was founded along with the idea of 'defying the odds'. 135 is a measurenent not a milestone.

Millionaires worry about paying poor people to much

The rights of the working population are never increased freely by those in control, but are won through protest or snatched in moments of world crisis. -
I see Dominic Cummings is starting to lauch missiles at Johnson's mob. It's going to be messy. In-Cummings

Both the Villa games were interesting, the second one for the robbery suffered but also the first one for encapsulating the pros and cons of Ralph's system in one game. Playing good football and easing into a four nil lead then very fragile at the end and just holding out. This was easily dismissed because we won and in a good place in the league but should have been a warning sign. Avoiding the Bournemouth banana skin and getting to a Wembley semi was good.

That's a bit dramatic.

Sam Smith made a similar announcement and then wasn't entered in the gender categories of an award ceremony, I assume for fear of causing offence.

It's amazing how small the number of trans people there are but they have managed to take over the agenda, so much time and energy is wasted on this.

People who bounce when they walk.

I gave up on page 2, its depressing how many people for the flimsiest of reasons are against something that's seeking a positive change. Every player has the right to not do it, but to boo those on the team that you support who do want to do it, is sad. People have been politely asking for change for decades, it's no wonder some people get angry. Anyway as someone said we won't change anyones mind, so I just take comfort in the fact that 'progressive thinking' is the direction of travel around the world. It just needs governance to catch up, which it will.

4 pages and no one thrown in the poppy grenade. Go on then. Ban the poppy from the front of shirts.

It's hard to take after all the hardships of another lockdown that access from India wasn't stopped earlier.

I can handle lock down or shit weather, but together it's depressing. Yeah LD1 was alright, sitting in the garden all weekend drinking rose and eating burgers.

What would those ideas be? Are any of them sporting or are all of them clothing?

Don't know what it's been like with you, but here it's been wet, cold and miserable all spring.

Have the elite manipulated the weather, to help control us.

It's all a bit urban and tekkers, but it is a kids programme. You would watch Dora the Explorer and expect to be entertained.
-
It's kids football with 15 year old refs, who are like rabbits in head lights, you just have to roll with it. The managers have the whole side to themselves, with all the parents in the other side behind a rope. Yet they all stand on the line or on the pitch as they are screaming their instructions.

We all do shopping MLG. It was a passing the day type comment. If it was the bloke I might have said 'thinking about the DIY later', would that have been wrong.

Doing the line at my sons football today, I turned to run down the line and nearly smaked into the female co-manager who was standing on the line in a world of her own, staring into space. The ball went up the other end, so I stopped and said you were miles away were you thinking about the shopping later. Ten minutes later the male co-manager came strutting over saying I insulted her with my sexist comments. It took me ages to work out what I had said. Fuckin modern world.

Yes, but it normally means you want a vaccine but are not ready to announce it to your friends or family.
-
Anti-vaxxers do exist, so maybe it's just anti-vaxxers that are called anti-vaxxers. With the rest being called vaccine hesitant regardless of their colour, like this lot https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-somerset-57107754

I get your wider point, but I was responding to your point that it was a jammy finish. That was a bit silly.

The ending is likely to be as shit as GoT.
