  1. Brighton lose so we can go top tomorrow.
  2. So basically you have told your misses that you are going to the football but really you are spending the time in a motel with your bit of stuff, so you want to come home with a programme to create the illusion.
  3. Turkish is a w@nker He aint got no mate and when he's typing bulsh1t he thinks he f#ckin great
  4. Only fools buy solvent clubs, so we should be afraid. How much did Blackburn go for to the turkey farmers.
  5. As I've said before I worked with someone who knew him and he said he would be out all hours the night before a game. So maybe going back to his home town hasn't helped him develop a professional mindset, you would hope this was a wake up call for the fella.
  6. This season Brighton, Reading and Cardiff. Hate Everton, Blackburn and Stoke.
  7. http://www.licka.net/j/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=59:recordando-al-southampton&catid=45:ultimas-noticias&Itemid=56Congratulations Southampton article on his site. You can also watch a video of his name being chanted.
  8. **** subtle go hardcore and get the original Ted Bates statute done across your back.
  9. My mate runs a kids football team and he tries to get them to play the ball about. He went through a period when told the kids he didn't care about the result he just wanted them to play the ball about, he then had dads moaning at him and some kids left because they didn't enjoy it anymore. He says that the kids now try and play it about but when they get the jitters they go back to hoofing it and he has a hard job getting them to calm down again and return to passing.
  10. Its like booing Fosby for flopping, some people take a while to realise things have changed for ever. As long as its morons in the crowd shouting it and not the manager then we will be ok.
  11. Annoyingly I can understand both sides.
  12. I thought him and Martin looked good against Leeds, same height and the movement and set pieces seemed very well drilled.
  13. I thought Burley was a good coup, but I was also excited about the double dutch that almost happened at the same time. I thought Woodward was a good idea and I backed the Wilde chairmanship. I thought Scott MacDonald was going to be a big goal scorer for us and I also told my mate that Peter Taylor will be the next Man U manager (I still could be right on that one I guess).
  14. I always knew he would make the step up no problem.
  15. Is it still the best Wembley final.
  16. Indeed you can't get in the way of our rivalry with Pompey, we really hate each other; its one of the biggest rivalries in world football dontcha know.
  17. Stop it with the comedy glasses, I'm the funny man around here, I've got catch phrases and everything.
  18. We had Brett Ormerod in the prem and I believe RL is a better striker.
  19. Yes damn those naughty boys and girls for expressing their opinion.
  20. As a 19 year old he's hardly had a misses, maybe a girlfriend; and weren't we all a bit crap to girlfriends at that age.
  21. Despite what our endlessly forgiving fans think Im sure NA wont be happy with the goals we are conceding, but judging by his record he is pretty decent at sorting problems out.
  22. http://www.footballtransferleague.co.uk/newspaper_statistics.aspx theres the stats
  23. I don't see why everyone complains about the look of the SMS, the chances are when you a building from scratch, on a unconstrained site and on a very tight budget its going to look the same a other grounds, so what. The cost was a millstone around our necks as it was so a more iconic stadium would have sunk us even sooner. Its no surprise teams with new stadiums go down as the cost stops them competing footballistically. The reason why grounds looked different is they outgrew there original sites and all sorts of shapes appeared. SMS when rocking is fantastic. To answer the OP we would have had a short live uneventful sting in the prem, gone down, bought by a few Russians and the odd Middle Eastern nobody who all promised a fantastic new ground, overspent on players, picked up a lucky FA cup win, gone bust and got away with it whilst still stuck in our dilapidated fleapit.
  24. Yeah it looks good. Me too no to signatures, pretentious clap trap that I won't resist getting involved in, save me from myself.
  25. He clearly stated that hue reason is the authorities (police and club) are trying to balance safety and inconvenience, anyone who thinks there is a conspirisy isnt thinking straight. The police weren't far off getting it right, a bit of shoving and shouting only would suggest it wasn't worth closing the car park.
