I agree, there are others with r&w stripes and either black or white shorts, it would be good to be unique. The same way Atletico Madrid in their r&w with lighter blue shorts are instantly recognisable. The colour blue in those images is almost identical to the blue P&O use in their corporate logo as well, which would be a nice tie in.

I thought the same, but then realised the trim is the same colours as the P&O logo.

If I was him I'd take a contract till the end of the season. If we go down no-one is going to blame him for it and he's available for anyone else next season.. If he keeps us up he's anything from the new Allardayce to the Messiah. No brainer

All I'd ask for is a manager coming in, identify the strengths of individual players and play a first XI/formation based on the best of what we have instead of forcing players into positions/formations that don't suit them. And get them in for extra training so they can keep it up for 100 minutes every game.

The odd instruction from the bench when they've spotted the opposition are doing something different than expected is fine, but to me the constant coaching/interferring by any manager shows a lack of confidence in their own ability to have prepared the team correctly.
