Good post and I agree with the sentiment. Most of our customer base now, and I choose the words advisedly, are willing to put up with any moves or behaviour if it gets the team one place further up the PL. Its not for me. I liked having a team gradually developed and added to over years formed from one managers plan. I liked having a mainly English spine to the team with just a bit of imported glamour. The PL really isnt all that - its just another overhyped product, suffering not benefitting, from too much money swilling around. I dont hope for the team to get relegated or Cortese to **** off carrying a huge bonus, but I'll be going more regularly if they do.

Thats because he was a popular player there for years. Surprise surprise despite an intial bounce coming back as manager didnt turn out too well.

Comment totally devoid of any insight or worthwhile thought. Firstly Guardiola has a far better record than Pochettino. Secondly he has got the good sense to not take over until the end of the season, allowing time for little things like learning German.

Apart from anything else its not even a good football decision. To swap out a manager who has just got 18 points in 12 games and replace him half way through the season with a guy sacked from Espanyol when they were bottom of league and doesnt even speak English to communicate with the players is just lunacy. Possibly, just possibly during the Summer, not now.
