Verbal's right Bearsy. Pathetically clueless merely suggests puppy dog like yapping aimlessly - pointless but cute. Tedious suggests a dedication to one's craft and subject. However I like you both as posters. Maybe that makes me pathetically clueless and tedious. Yay.

Feeling very slightly less confident after watching him on Saintsplayer looking stunned to be here and saying "Its crazy, crazy, crazy"

You apply for the mortgage debt free, then they do the credit check and you get the mortage offer approved, then you take out the loan after putting an offer in and before exchange of contracts. Alternatively have a collection of low interest rate credit cards with sufficiently high combined credit limit. Remember interest rates are very low atm and mortage payments will rise eventually so dont over stretch yourself. That said they will likely stay low for another couple of years

I got my first flat on a 95% mortgage and the 5% on a credit card. Maybe you could get a personal loan for the 10% and a mortgage for the rest. Its not ideal but might still work out cheaper than rent.

Definitely not. If they offer John Lewis then negotiate what your cut is.

Make up a story that most people on the board are advocating something stupid, then rail against it to show how smart and superior you are and how many genuine normal non trolling posters you can snare into replying. Thats entertaintment for half a dozen saddos. Why dont you go and do something equally anti social but less embarrassing, like ****ing on the wheels of cars then running away. -
Jeez. I pay £30 for my 4 bed average size one. I know hes ripping me off because it only takes him 20 minutes but the other local cleaners are all fully booked. Hamster I reckon something like £1 per square metre (or 10sq ft) per side. Assuming the windows are average ish size then around £250. You should break down the quote though and show them how you've calculated it, and dont have a call out charge, people hate that.

Its flexible pricing.

This information is great for reducing nuisance calls. http://www.bt.com/includingyou/calling-easier-unwanted-calls.html You can also choose to block specific numbers (through BT anyway) . Its called Choose to Refuse http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8500/~/what-is-choose-to-refuse%3F To bar the last call you answered with Choose to Refuse: Dial 14258 and press the star key (*) on your phones keypad twice at the voice prompt. The number you’ve barred will no longer be able to get through. To bar other numbers at any time with Choose to Refuse: Dial 14258 and enter your PIN. Choose to Refuse will give you a choice of the following options: •Adding a number to your list. Make sure you include the area STD code before UK numbers, and press the hash key (#) at the end of the number to tell Choose to Refuse that it is the end of the number •Reviewing your barred numbers list. You can check your list at any time. Choose to Refuse will tell you the number and the date that it was barred. You should also choose this option if you want to delete a number from your list •Changing your PIN number. PINs in sequences such as 5678 and 2222 and PINs that use numbers in obvious patterns on your dialling keypad (such as 2580) are not allowed If you haven't set up a PIN yet, you should use the default PIN, which is 1234. If you've forgotten your PIN, please call 0800 800 150 to get it.

Odd. I hadnt posted on the issue for nearly a month until you resurrrected the issue and started conjuring your imaginary straw men again. I can see why you like them though, not too challenging or embarrassing. -
I thought he was a alcoholic Big issue seller who had been drinking and had no idea what what going on. The police thought he was a protester being awkward but he was just ****ed and out of it, hence failure to respond to instructions and the heavy fall after being hit.

Yes but its somebody's guess at how much you can charge for a certain game and certain area of the ground. Actual demand might be very different to what they expected. The club might make a huge new signing, or we lose six games on the trot, or the weather is great / ****e, or the game is suddenly on tv etc etc. -

You can program all kinds of rules into the computer model. The sports teams in the US use an upwards only model to avoid ****ing people off - so early bookers always get the lowest prices. The dynamic pricing kicks in by gradually ramping up the price as the numbers sold rises and you get nearer capacity. So for example a Man U ticket that could have been bought for £25 three months in advance would be £75 the day before the game if only 100 were left. A QPR ticket might still be at the orginal offer price on the day of the game if only a few were sold. -

There are a few subtleties to it, but basically yes. The price fluctuates depending on how rapidly you are selling tickets and how close to the game you are. edit this was in response to Bearsy. -

People dont buy clubs to make money though. Its a hobby, a folly, a moneypit, an ego trip - whatever. Normal investment rules dont apply. If Cortese genuinely thinks we can be CL in 10 years time he and the family might be prepared to put up the money to build the capacity and subsidise the seats with aim of eventually breaking even in 10 years time. Would I do it with my money or company? no of course I wouldnt. It doesnt mean other people with different priorities aren't prepared to do it. I know through work someobody who spends £14million per year to fund his mega yacht racing hobby - for maybe 20 racing days per year. The prizes are lumps of crystal and silver cups. It doesnt make economic sense, but then it doesnt have to. -

Ive posted about how you could use dynamic pricing to fill up increased stadium capacity for which there was no current demand. I wouldnt advocate building a much bigger stadioum because the economics in the short, medium and possibly long term wouldnt add up. However if a chairman who is very ambitious and had a lot of money behind him takes the decision to build a 50,000 capacity stadium, dynamic pricing could help fill it. Lowering the average unit price increases demand. Companies do it all the time if they want to increase sales volume at the expense of margin. Thats a very different proposition to saying people are clamouring for the club to build 50,000 seats. -
