Don't know if anyone else shares my conspiracy theories but the YES count on the survey seems to be creeping up disproportionately to the posts. I haven't come across any mates who have changed their minds recently about attending, so, is there a serious campaign from Crouch's PR buddies to falsely sway the figures with the hope that the undecided camp will turn up. Mods, how many of the Yes' are Diggers mates? PS he's only got 85 posts, suspicious IMO.

Many people in public life gets crank calls and letters /emails from fruit loops. But this guy backed it up by chucking a granite block through his window. Anyone with a family would involve the police if that happened.

I used to think a fans buyout could just, possibly work. You know the kind of thing - 10,000 fans buy a bond of £500. That was before I experienced the incredible 'wont pay cant pay' hysteria over the £5 levied for annual membership of this board. If people can kick up such resistance to a £5 fee to post more than three times a day for a whole year - the chance of enough cyber warriors putting their hands in their pockets for the club is negligible.

Agree. When on form Saga is the best striker we have. When hes off form, and thats most of the time, hes not worth having in the team. Who knows which one will turn up on the night.

I disagree. Our problem isnt that we have conceded too many goals or failed to create chances, its that we havent finished off moves and scored enough. If there is just one signing it has to be a clinical finisher IMO.

Not everyone is a yes man. Its obvious that many people who care about the club will know that division is harming it - thats self evident. Calling for unity isnt the same as endorsing Lowe.

You can see it two ways. He was put up to saying it by Lowe, which I personally think is a conspiracy too far. The alternative view, which I share, is that he implicitly criticised them all for self indulgent behaviour, putting personal squabbles before the club - effectively saying shut the **** up or we will will get nowhere and achieve nothing. Quite brave IMO.

A good press conference IMO. He didnt point the finger at anyone in particular -just pointed out that negativity and division amongst the directors, previous managers /players and fans has a detrimental effect on the team. Anyone who argues against that isnt being truthful.

There ARE a lot of newly rich Hungarians. Thats why I thought the match was odd / interesting, particulalrly the rumour about the game being switched to SMS to showcase the ground.

I'm not saying he's fantastic - but jeez lets give the guy a chance. His pedigree indicates he should be a good signing and we've all be crying out for a striker. Anyway the fact that McClaren doesnt rate him enough to keep him is a recommendation in my book.
