If he does go to spurs. I wonder if he'll treat the Europa league with the disdain he treated cup competitions here at saints? After all, he has vocally expressed his dislike of the Europa league on more than one occasion.

Who from the first team would you sell to raise funds?

Anybody that doesn't want to be here. -
Gatwick. They've made improvements to its look. But the operational side is still terrible. Passport control is painfully slow. Baggage reclaim is painfully slow. I assume non-british flight companies get priority on gates that aren't a million miles away as it always seems to take ages to walk from the gate to passport control. And despite the long walk, and long wait at passport control, the baggage reclaims are still empty when you finally reach them. On the flip side, terminal 5 is outstanding.

I do, I really do! I also can't wait to get home and watch the video above about holograms, I hope the guy explains how they added the sound. -

I love the way pap makes you feel special that he was so kind to reply to your post and share his superior knowledge with you. It doesn't come across as condescending at all. -
or for wasting money that if we had available to us this upcoming season it would've helped to convince our manager and top players to give us at least one more season.

Hopefully it's 2 of the "transfer committee"

Proof if ever needed that you can make anyone look half decent with a youtube montage.

He's away for possibly the next 2 months on World Cup duties for a start.

Villa at home was the day we were unofficially relegated, not the 4-1. It was the epitome of a must win game, losing 3 in a row that late in the season was always going to be hard to recover from. And to be 2-0 up and lose was heartbreaking.

Couldn't see him leaving unless it was for champions league football or Everton. He's regarded by most as a player that should be starting in the World Cup so there's no motivation in that department. I wouldn't begrudge him a move, he's stuck with us through some **** times, but I don't see united as a wise move for him. Only if they avoid the Europa league and can focus solely on the league like Liverpool this season, but even then, they're an ageing side who are probably a few years of hard work away from mounting a serious title challenge again.

Maybe he should've shown the same ambition towards the fa cup and he might not have missed from a yard.

Glad we decided to focus on our league position lol

I can't really be angry without the facts. I would be interested to know why MP makes/lets Perez do the pre/post match interviews for all cups games. Either he's just not that interested in cup games, his interpreter is only contracted to do league games, or he sees it as good experience for Perez. I hope it's not the former, and MP genuinely did want to win as much as Shaw says he did. Because if I was a player i wouldn't be too happy to play for a manager that has no intention of winning a trophy. The fact that he sat on the bench with his arms folded for 90% of the game suggests to me that it probably is that he's not interested in cup games.

Turkish used to be good at trolling, I would regularly ROFL and PMSL at his seamless wind ups and sarcasm that went straight over a lot of people's heads. Not any more though. It does get pretty tedious watching the same few posters hounding anyone who has a different opinion to them. Which is probably the reason delldays/batman has never had an opinion of his own on this site, he picks up on the popular (but mostly wrong) opinion of the month and echoes it relentlessly.

Saints beating Sunderland would have affected the entire planet? Dell sized mentality.
-
Sunderland put out a weakened side with players that wouldn't have played in midweek. It makes zero difference to yesterday's result.
-
Says it all when fonte is on the touch line trying to motivate the team and not the coaching staff.

Finally!!

No point in the players saying the want to win the cup when the manager clearly doesn't.

We are 9th in shots per game, which shows how ineffective we've been in some games despite having more of the ball.
