  1. Found lots of stadium construction pics using the above links
  2. So, to summarise, our kit next season is predominently red?
  3. I thought not paying tax was a crime....?
  4. Can someone briefly explain how someone (Chainrai) who has overseen 2 administrations in 2 years will pass the fit and proper persons test this time around? Just curious.
  5. Cheers. But all that stuff was/is beyond HMRC's control, wasn't it? What could they have done differently to prevent AA allegedly 'embellishing' the number of other creditors...? The post above was suggesting that there was something within their control that they messed up. Unless I'm reading between the lines incorrectly. I think the 3 years spent on this thread are starting to catch up with me :-)
  6. Do what? That's a new one on me. Anyone know what the "technical mistake" was? Even if HMRC messed up on a technicality, surely Pompey will want to do the decent thing and pay it anyway? Afterall, they would be denying hospitals, schools, etc valuable funds. Not something that "family club of the year" would want to be associated with...surely...?
  7. Same here. It feels like I've entered some kind of subconscious no-man's-land where this promotion to the premier league malarkey never actually happened. As you say, it'll be the publication of the fixture list that will be the sinking in moment. It's a bit like when my first child was born - there was the initial euphoria but then, after things settled down, some weeks later I was driving down the high street and the magnitude of it all just hit me and I burst into tears of joy. It'll be a happy and emotional day when reality strikes! :-)
  8. This
  9. Hasn't anyone told Miller that there is a far more attractive club on the south coast that he should be turning his attention to? They play in the same colours as Rangers so keeps things nice and simple.
  10. @pn_neil_allen: Birch reveals there has been no Reading bid for Mullins and he expects him back at #Pompey http://t.co/AODsorRQ
  11. @pn_neil_allen: Blackburn fans booing team off at half time in must-win match to have any chance of staying up. No chance #Pompey fans would have done that. Of course not Mr Allen. We all know by now that they're the bestest fans in the whole wide world...
  12. Anyone know where Francois is going to get the money from to artificially stimulate growth? Just askin' like. (Answering: "he'll follow the Pompey model of spending copious amounts other people's money to achieve success" is not allowed) :-)
  13. Could be a double-bluff wind up of course.... ;-)
  14. Nice one Ian. Keep us posted. Any news on how Ben is getting on? Hope he's on the mend.
  15. Cheers
  16. Someone remind me to resurrect this thread when we're top 4 at Christmas. Thanks.
  17. I think it's just a config setting on the existing video - don't think you'll need to re-upload it as such. Great videos - cheers
  18. Thanks for sharing this heartwarming story Ian. Thoughts are with Ben and his family
  19. Depends if you're looking short term or long term. I would venture that the Tories will be privately happy with a few token Ed Miliband victories along the way as it increases the chances of him still being Labour leader cometh the general election in 2015. The worst case scenario for Cameron is for Miliband to do badly in these mid-term elections thus paving the way for a triumphal return to the helm of David Miliband. That said, I'm hoping that Miliband wins the next election to pave the way for Boris in 2020! :-)
  20. I use an app called VideoBam. Cheers for the review of the evening btw.
  21. This made me chuckle earlier... ...can always rely on the BBC for their perfect timing :-)
