  1. Any particular time this afternoon? cheers
  2. How much are the illusive board of Southampton Football Club Limited being paid at the moment?
  3. Polish indeed.
  4. 15th May 12:31pm
  5. Some are saying that we'll be dead in the water if 'his' bid isn't accepted
  6. I hear the single will be called "Colours", said Trousers talking to himself again
  7. Come on....you should know by now that I just make things up as I go along....
  8. What date/time do the club have to submit the payroll run to BACS (or equivalent) to meet the 21st May (?) payday deadline? Usually 4 working days before isn't it? (at a guess) i.e. tomorrow..... (da da daaaaaa)
  9. Ok...WTF is actually going on....anyone?
  10. Yep, that's my point too in a nutshell. Here's hoping that there is a bidder in the background who has made direct contact with the Administrator and that Fry is simply using the middlemen approaches as a means to an end - i.e. to ensure that there is seen to be a competitive bid situation from the Creditor's perspective.
  11. Isn't that part of Fry's job? If I was a creditor I'd be wanting the Administrator to be using his wealth of contacts to bring the money to the table rather than him sitting behind his desk waiting for the middlemen to come up with the goods.
  12. Yes. All of those
  13. Great to hear that superb Southampton band COAST will be recording the 'Saints Aid' single.... Check 'em out... http://www.myspace.com/coastyrock
  14. Each way?
  15. Is there an appeal process?
  16. Is it the Iranians?
  17. Wholeheartedly agree. I can only think there must be some artificial legal barrier to raising 'protected' funds in this way. Madness either way.
  18. So, the players have a choice then....? a) don't waive this month's pay and don't get it anyway because we can't pay it or b) waive this months pay so that the club doesn't default on it's financial commitments and thus stays afloat (for another month which may buy enough time) Either way, the players don't get their cash, do they?
  19. What is the monthly player wage bill, roughly?
  20. Oh well. Yet another Trousers theory bites the dust!
  21. Been trying to find this again for ages. The original link to the ITV Local site doesn't work due to them taking down their local websites for refurbishment.
  22. Interesting that JP 'resigned' the same day that Crouch was seen visiting SMS to make the infamous £2m offer (the day of the 'secret' Ujpest game)....perhaps JP got wind of the above conditions and jumped before being pushed? Just a stab in the dark.
  23. Good point. I guess it perhaps only works as a one off exercise, before the novelty wears off. But, there again, who's to say we don't need a one off novelty to inject some financial momentum into the club (in the event of no Sir Lancelot taking us over - pun on a new name on here intended... )
