    Batty

http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/story?id=7107251 "Flight director Paul Dye said no one has seen the bat since." No, really?
  3. He could become a paid up member this evening, in theory.... One doesn't have to enter one's DoB when registering so not sure how one can deduce the average age (or otherwise) of members on here. Unless there's a minimum age in the 'terms and conditions'? Apologies to the organisers here....am not trying to point score or anything....would genuinely just like to know what the minimum age is. Thanks.
  4. No. Cutting back. Down to 15 now.
  5. The answer will of course be "no"...even if he did....if you get my drift...
  6. What if the first 22 entries are from 9 year olds? I actually agree with what you say, and I thought the same....hence asking if the "no age limit" bit really meant "no age limit" because I suspect there ought to be for clarity
  7. Just to clarify the age one....is there seriously no restriction? i.e. would one's 9 year old son be eligible? Just thinking out loud here as it's close to his birthday and this would make a 'triffic present if it was open to kids too....
  8. Ah, yep..see it now....apologies/cheers (note to self: beware pitfalls of skim reading) Do you need to know spectator numbers in advance or is it just on a turn up basis? In other words, will there be a limit on the number of spectators the club can handle without having to think about getting extra staff in?
  9. What's the situation re: spectators? I'd pay a few quid to come and watch as I'm sure many others would.
  10. Yes.... Why have you decided to use the same team selection mechanism that Poortvliet and Wotte used for the first half of the season?
  11. Cue a Trousers trawl back over old posts.....
  12. Think outside the box Stan....
  13. "He was getting a little impatient so to be fair to him it will be good for him to go somewhere where he can be a little more involved and then if we need him we can re-call him." Panic over
  14. Hmmm, Good spot....Here's hoping a clever Pompey fan doesn't spot the FREEPOST bit and, together with his mates, fires off enough mail to financially drag us under.... By jove, two oxymorons in once sentence. Nice one Trousers.
  15. No, it's still shining....just happens to be another train coming in the opposite direction....
  16. Perhaps Wilde has come to an arrangement with Lowe to buy his share of the club and wants to start again with a clean slate? And, yes, it does (IMHO) rather suggest that this is pre-Administration manouverings, but I don't see why Wilde would be kicking off such a pre-emptive initiative if Lowe was to hang around post-Admin....
  17. Agree that they have no direct legal responsibility for fan's welfare on her Majesty's highways but surely to actively encourage people to take the greater risk of travelling to the stadium than it is to actually stand in the stadium when you get there is morally irresponsible? (sorry, here's the for the previous post too....)
  18. Bill Brewer, Jan Stewer, Peter Gurney, Peter Davy, Dan'l Whiddon, Harry Hawke, Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all.
  19. I still think it's irresponsible of the club to encourage people to cross dangerous highways to get to the ground and attend matches.
  20. Agreed. His massive u-turn will indeed be one hell of an achievment.
  21. We need a Life Long Saint fan....IMHO of course....
