  17. Debatable. We had to mentally deal with our penalty at the beginning of the season. I suspect it had an impact on the players psychologically. Portsmouth got their penalty towards the end of the season when their fate was pretty much determined already. Our first 10 games of the season may have had a different outcome without the -10 point stigma.
