Say I own +3% of 'company X' and get my mum, brother, uncle, nan, next door neighbour, old school friend, etc, etc, to buy 2.99% each 'on my behalf', would that slip in under the legal radar?

Only in the world of football can organisations quote bare faced lies with impunity.
How on Earth has the game got away with quoting an attendance figure for years on end when it means nothing of the sort?
I know people will say that the industry has never claimed otherwise but show me anyone who has ever looked at the attendance figures in the Sunday papers thought anything other than: "oh, that's how many people were at game 'x' then".
No wonder this industry is in such a mess.
At last...proposed action that will have a direct impact. Short term pain, long term gain. Hope this is well supported. The other march, whilst well intentioned, needs to recognize this is a more effective plan of attack and join forces with this initiative for the long term future of SFC.
