Difference is, WGS got off to a bad start with (relatively) decent players whereas JP has got off to a bad start with (relatively) poor players. Meaning WGS had room for a 3-point turn whereas JP is heading down a narrow cul-de-sac in a car without a reverse gear (crap analogy, crap team)
