How about a preemptive system whereby anyone can predetermine what should happen to them in the event of becoming seriously ill? Why should I not be able to decide now (whilst I'm compos mentis and healthy) what should happen to me if I become unable to make those decisions at the time? Yes, I appreciate things are never black and white but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try and come up with a system that allows people to determine what happens to them when they have no meaningful quality of life just because "it's difficult". In an era where "human rights" are vigorously championed and upheld, surely this is the most basic of human rights we're talking about here. The right to chose when to die when you are mentally capable of doing so.

Seems a bit of an odd move on the surface.... With Forster due back "possibly before the end of the year" and Steklenberg looking solid with the potential to convert his loan into a permanent move (?), plus the recent signing of "the next Joe Hart" (the lad from Shrewsbury), its difficult to see Gazza getting much first team or U21 action in the medium to longer term. That said, based on recent performances (end of last season + the U21s + pre-season friendlies) he seems to have gained considerably in confidence, so maybe the plan is for him to be Forster's long term back-up after all, which would obviously squeeze Steklenberg out of the frame...

I'm not convinced Koeman will give Jaunmi a start given he's struggled to get game time off the bench so far let alone a starting berth. (Don't get me wrong, i'm in the "give Jaunmi a punt" club bit not sure why Koeman doesn't seem to favour him thus far )
