Jordan Sibley seems to interject earlier and earlier in press conferences these days. Not sure if that's due to pressure from the written media or, for whatever reason (interferes with the training schedule?), the club doesn't want the press conference to drag on too long. It always used to stretch to 20 minutes or so but that's quite rare these days (unless my memory is playing tricks on me)

He didn't mention him specifically. Probably just forgot to include him in the crocked list rather than being available I'd have thought.

To be honest, I've never really given it too much thought. That said, its never leapt out at me as being "unfair" per se. I'm probably not the best person to ask as I rarely get to go to away games and pick-and-mix a max of c.10 home games per season. I've never had any problems or issues but maybe that's because I'm not as regular a user of said system as others.

It's the club holding a gun at people's head to force them to part with their money that is the most disappointing aspect of all this. I much preferred the days where people could decide what to spend their money on....

Perhaps they were referring to 2 out of the players that were already affiliated to the club? From that video it looks like quite a few have come from outside the club? Not sure without seeing the original quote.

Maybe different people go to football matches for different reasons and/or different experiences. Something to do with being human i reckon.Just a hunch.

I don't see the be-all-and-end-all of membership being about avoiding the possibility of missing games. Its more a matter of convenience in that I have a longer timeframe to complete my purchase. Its more akin to paying a bit extra for a flight to get priority boarding or a pre-allocated seat. I won't miss the flight without it, but it means I avoid the scramble for overhead locker space with the riff raff who didn't pay the extra (for example).
