Plus you can offload some of the crap in the squad to free up wages. Remember season one budgets in FM are skewed because the clubs have already spent their budgets for the summer in real life.

He is rated as one of the better right backs in League One. In any case he was rated by the Charlton researcher. Again, one of the highest rated keepers in League One. Also coach/assistant manager reports aren't always accurate, especially if they haven't been at the club very long and thus don't know the players or have low judging ability & potential ratings.

Make full use of the strong youth set up at the club Make Guly Do Prado's loan permanent in January if you can. Try to loan quality young players from the Premiership and upper Championship clubs in problem positions. Make a 4 year plan for a promotion push back to the Premiership.
