Not of the questions asked in the OP. Saints got into trouble last time because they had a large mortgage on the stadium and an overdraft. That just won't happen under Liebherr. Saints haven't overspent imo on any player so far.

He said "as far as we know". Saints may well be after right backs but hasn't reached the media or ITK fans yet. Personally I doubt a right back will join Saints until the summer at the earliest.

If the Mayans thought the world started 5,000 years ago, I doubt they'd be reliable to predict the end of the world accurately.

Daniel Levy just has the same old Premeirship chairman to meet, year in, year out. Mr Cortesse and Mr Liebherr have many years of meeting chairman at ever improving stadiums left... People complain rightly that Rupert Lowe didn't spend or invest any money whilst at the club. Now Saints get a very rich chairman that wipes out all debt, paying off the stadium mortgage and starts spending on players and the training ground to get back to the Premiership and people complain. Markus Liebherr's business philosophy is not to have any debt. Saints are in safe hands.

Player contracts run out in June. Except those taken on short term deals like for example Pericard at Carlisle.

Saints have been already player that formation all season along with the basic 442.

Would you want Harding and James exposed with no player helping them infront?

I doubt that would work. Offers no width or protection for the full backs.

Pardew wouldn't drop Hammond(his captain) or Morgan much. Pardew will likely stick with his 442 and 451 tactics switching between the two. The 451 allows all 3(Stock/Hammond/Schneiderlin) to play and gives Connolly a rest. Danns is very comfortable out wide. At just 5 foot 9 I think he is too small to play in a Pardew type central role.

No chance it will be anywhere near £1m or even £500k. His contract ends in 6 months so £200k is more likely.

I put Danns out right in my formation as Hammond/Schneiderlin/Stock would start in the middle. Danns has played wide in the past, think he is central atm for Palace.

If these signing come off. I predict Saints to continue using the 2 formations they have been using so far. Generally the player meets the manager to discuss how the player will fit into his plans. Talk about his ambitions and sell the club to him. Of course Cortese can do alot of the work without that. But if I were a player I'd like to meet Pardew before signing anything. So Pardew being away delays any deals for a few days if the player hasn't already met him.

Maybe it is true. But the way it happened earlier was very strange. i.e. At one point you could only see Davies if you used the link in the OP. If you tried to get to the same page any other way he didn't show. I think that would raise suspicions in most people.

No it hasn't, the OP link still works and Davies is number 23. But if you go onto the OS as you would normally Davies is not there.

It only happens if you follow the link in the OP. If you go to the OS in the normal way you would. Arron Davies is not there.

It is just masking one page and hotlinking to the real site.

This is rubbish and a photoshop with a fake website. Go onto the OS in the normal way you would and look and you will see that number 23 is Lloyd James.

Maybe this will make the deal go through tomorrow ahead of schedule.
