Well unless UEFA have changed stadium and training requirements since 2008/09 when Pompey used Fratton Park and Wellington training ground for their UEFA Cup run. There are worse grounds than Fratton Park in this seasons European competitions. Just look at the size of some of the clubs in the 1st qualifying rounds!
