  1. It isn't unreasonable to ask a question after someone makes a statement. Otherwise conversation would be only a flow of one way statements. Sunday evening is a great time for TV audiences. Shows get decent viewing figures in those timeslots.
  2. Turkish and the charmless man! 😉
  3. Enlighten us with your insight please What is it going to stop you doing during the pandemic?
  4. That is not remotely relevant to my question about Sunday evening games. Why is that kick off time an issue to fans in general outside of individual commitments?
  5. Why would Walcott and his agent agree to that?
  6. Why? What difference does it being on Sunday evening make?
  7. What is wrong with the kick off being that time?
  8. As Waylander mentioned above, he has played for Saints in the FA Cup... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55766734
  9. How have you worked that out? We have a far more valuable playing squad, stadium and training ground. What indication is there that their long term future is better than ours? Pompey have achieved nothing under his ownership. They are stagnating in the 3rd tier. If they were ever to be promoted it would be difficult to see them face anything other than a relegation battle back to League One. Saints lacking investment in the PL id far better than Pompey lacking investment in L1 with shoddy infrastructure!
  10. Nope, I was pointing out it isn't exactly the same as was claimed and is not a relevant comparison.
  11. Strange use of exact. The comparison is deeply flawed.
  12. You lure children into a cave never to be seen again? 🤔
  13. Yes, I agree asking you a question on this forum is pointless, as you consistently don't answer them! Had you answered it we could have continued talking.
  14. I was not making a point, I was asking you a question (which you haven't answered)
  15. If it was a widely used practise then no one would take it seriously as they would be aware it was a likely manipulation. This isn't flogging a can of coke to a consumer, it is multi million pound business transactions. Its use would make it obsolete. It is a catch 22.
  16. I did not say you did.
  17. If they are talking in private to other clubs, how does making up stories in the press help? If clubs knew stories were regularly made up in the press the would not trust them to influence multi million pound transactions.
  18. Talk me through how making up a story in the media makes a difference. If clubs knew stories were regularly made up in the press the would not trust them to influence multi million pound transactions. Agents can talk directly to clubs, it doesn't need to be done in the press.
  19. Having it in the press makes no difference. The agent could talk directly to other clubs to see if there was interest. Making up stories in the media is pointless and achieves nothing.
  20. Yes, it is. Can you answer it? Why would multi million pound transactions be influenced by made up stories?
  21. Can people only be fans if they do things like you?
  22. How does an agent fabricating a story help get a move? 🤔
  23. Why does it matter? Most transfers are paid in installments. Saints are guaranteed the cash and can spend it regardless on players also on installments.
  24. He left to get regular starts, he'd be 4th in pecking order for us.
  25. You think they'll get 10 points from... Arsenal Spurs Liverpool Man City West Ham Leicester Sheffield Utd Burnley Fulham If 3 of those 10 points come vs Fulham on the final day... then that is 3 points Fulham won't be getting to catch us.
