I didn't say team, I said squad. There is far more depth to our squad now. The depth when in the first couple of years after promotion was poor beyond the starting XI.

Now the quality bar to be in the first team squad is higher, so the policy has changed due to the stronger depth of squad we have. They need to go on loan to get them to the higher level needed to be in the Saints squad.
