  1. Argyle have now put this on their official site... http://www.pafc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10364~2114230,00.html Whole article is wrong. It claims fans of Saints and Argyle can't see images of the game. Anyone can see images of the game for free on Sky Sports News or BBC and any publication that does buy them. Or here... http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/Gallery/0,,10280~2114628,00.html Just because the local Plymouth paper doesn't have them doesn't mean people miss out.
  2. I know Plymouth is meant to be full of farmers, but do they really need to plough the St Mary's pitch? I don't think I've ever seen a challenge make such a big hole in the turf.
  3. So you won't be able to see pictures of Saints away games in any other place apart from the Echo? Think that statement through again Stu! What about the other teams website? National and local papers? BBC and Sky highlights? Other websites? etc etc
  4. What about this from 23rd July 2010? http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2096359,00.html
  5. Schneiderlin and Puncheon definitely did. Pictures and videos of them in full training on the OS.
  6. On what grounds?
  7. "Pompey's administrators immediately asked the court for £230,000 costs from the taxman." I don't see how they have the nerve to do that. £230k vs £24 million
  8. Well the thread is called "Pompey Takeover Saga" and they still haven't been taken over yet! Nor has the CVA finished and it won't until 2014. They have to keep up with payments or they will return back to court.
  9. Thats the end of it pretty much. Apart from if they fail to meet the terms of the CVA in the next 4 years.
  10. You'd think he would be there.
  11. I don't see how people can vote yes as both parties have said they will take it to the Court of Appeal on Friday if they lose.
  12. It doesn't matter if they stayed up or went down they would have been entitled to that money. The problem is they got it early.
  13. They wouldn't be gone for ever if liquidation happened. The fans will start a phoenix club in non league and relatively quickly shoot up through the leagues. Any phoenix club would still be in everyones eyes "Pompey" and Saints would have a rivalry with them.
  14. Getting desperate...? Painting doomsday scenario's isn't the best legal argument I would think to impress a high court judge.
  15. So they have had £14m of parachute money already and still have roughly £22m of outstanding football debt which the Football authorities plan to withhold so they can pay it off. Leaves Pompey with only £12m of parachute payments over the next 4 years of the proposed CVA. Did it say that in the CVA? I don't think so....
  16. If ever a thread might turn libelous, it is this one.
  17. Well that is a huge error on their part then. You would think HMRC would pick up on such a major point.
  18. They don't seem to like my disguise as... Arcadi Lowe
  19. The CVA went out in May before the changes to parachute payments to raise them to £48m were confirmed in June. However at the time of the CVA it was known it was likely to happen. I don't know how this was reflected in the CVA.
  20. Has Mr Sheldon forgotten which side he is on? How does this help his case?
  21. Took them a while to get to, but they have now brought this to the courts attention... BBC's Dan Roan on Twitter
  22. That c-nut with the bell.
  23. Not really, because there are still horses in the stable.
  24. Just about to start. One hour long.
  25. BBC Radio Solent have their Pompey Fans Forum at 7:05pm tonight. David Lampitt is attending, it has been a long stressful day for him! Listen here...http://www.bbc.co.uk/solent/programmes
