Me too, been searching everywhere for the Southampton v Portsmouth fixtures, which I was reliably told, no promised, I think about last November would be taking place this season. Then I remembered Saints aren’t in the Championship, and neither are Pompey, silly me.......😂

I remember a few years back the club were always boasting that the black box didn’t just look at footballing skills, but was a deep appraisal of the players attitude, personality, mental make etc. Hasn’t seemed to function too well in recent years....

He does strengthen the squad, and others( including Southampton)certainly rate him. At the end of the day, I’d rather that than being mugged by spurs...

At the end of the day I think he would be worth £15/20m for Saints next season, then go on a free.....

I agree. There comes a point (with every place being worth about 2.5m) it wouldn’t be worth selling against a weakened squad. Let’s hope the KWP price is already agreed. Spurs are sure to try and pull our pants down as they always do..
