Granted but you'd expect him with a team who create a majority of chances or at least in a team where most chances fall to him he should have scored more. Lets not forget this guy scored 40 something goals a season in youth team football,Chances dont get harder just because hes moved up to the first team!

MCG just doesnt have anywhere near that ratio in fact hes had something like 50 shots and scored what? 8 goals? Doyle has 15 goals from something like 38 shots this term.

Would it not make more sense to offer those on general sale in blocks, say for example if you go to the Sheff Weds game you could buy first if you buy Sheff Weds and Another you get the first tickets after members? May be a better way to attract some extra people through the turnstiles as im not sure THAT many people would really shell out their 15 quid or whatever it is for membership just for one game against a team that will pretty damn certainly will wallop us.

You can honestly see results leading to us getting rid of Lowe? Relegation didnt seem to get rid of him, face facts were stuck with him as long as he keeps his buddies on his good side. The only person we will get rid of anytime soon is JP and based on the fact we cant really afford a new manager even he is pretty close to bullet proof atm.

lol I thought you'd quoted George Burley there ... for what its worth from a radio listener sounded like after we scored we seemed the more likely of the 2 teams to score again. Better score than was predicted but as said before in this thread playing ok gets you nothing :-(

Sorry Nick but what exactly do you base that statement on? From what I see of it he is only keen to sell on his terms which is probably what prices us out of any takeover. I take it you have some hard proof that he is VERY keen to sell?

Thats not actually true ... he scored vs ipswich in a 2-2 draw Mcgoldrick and Robertson scored against Naaarrrrwich. As I said after that game the yout team (if we have such a thing nowadays!!) players were sat behind me that match and ripped Pekhart to shreds over his lack of effort in training and his "technical" ability. Could do well but doesnt have the athletism that made KJ so good or the goal scorers poaching instinct to throw himself into the mix ala Rasiak. Still at least its not like we have any decent strikers out on loan who could well score tomorrow and put us INTO the relegation zone ... now theres some irony for you.

Hardly secret news was it? Both local radio stations mentioned it on Tuesday night so the info was already out there. Can you really see DMG being dropped now we dont have Stern ... and the fact hes leading goal scorer this season ... not gonna happen paul. I think if you have a look at the pics on the link nick then you can't possibly say that its two piccies stuck together! Really its a bit irrelevant as to the game, we were crap Lowe on the touchline or not. The bigger deal here has to be team selection (rightly or wrongly done by Lowe or JP) and the crap were playing at the moment!

Can't say I even bothered to listen today, I'm so totally numb to the entire SFC supporting experience at the minute. Daft decision after daft decision, crap performance on top of crap performance! We're crying out for a decent CF and yet continue to chuck money away on players who do little or in fact nothing for the team as things stand. Pekhart is presumably out of favour .... send him back then! Robertson? Was he injured? could he play as badly as DMG?! Granted Pullis and Gasmi COULD maybe DAJFU but theyre so far away from playing in the first team at the moment you have to question the reason for signing them! Tommy Forecast seems a bit of a waste of paper and ink as well so far as neither he or Bart are pushing for a 1st team place! All in all we have signed several players who combined must be very close to the wages of at least 2 of our half decent strikers that we have instead decided to give to other championship teams! WTF? Ryan Smith couldnt even get a game at Millwall and is just another Nathan Dyer for what Ive seen of him both at millwall and derby! And low and behold hes now injured too! Whats more is does anyone actually seem convinced JP knows anything about the players hes signed? on Gasmi "Id like to see what he can do in a game" hmm or Robertson ... Yep Stern Johns 19 goals last season really do prove he is ****e! Some people on this site are mentalists same with Rasiak ffs so he doesnt run around like a loon ... does alot of good for DMG or in previous times Brett Oremergod :-p IMO you have to have skacel, John and Euell (when hes fit) in the team they arent the most amazing players we've ever had but they can deal with this division easily. Priority for me is a left and right back and if possible a CB on loan. Id be more inclined to use Robertson with Stern John and see how that goes or ... heaven forbid bring back Saga as he seemed to play well with SJ.
