Imo the main part he's improved on is his aggression (man'd up if you like) he's always been technically good but always seemed to bounce off players without getting the ball , Now even if he doesn't win the ball it usually prevents the opposition player doing something with it !

With that **** in charge I'd want to get out of there asap , would probably put in a transfer request the minute I heard his latest comments!
