  1. This is not 'corporate' by any means. It's a relatively inexpensive way to get a good seat with a light bite to eat. If you want something more exclusive you need to pay for the executive club, etc.
  2. I don't think he said anything wrong. He is supporting his club which is what he should be doing yet at the same time complimenting the winning team. Perhaps some supporters need to understand their actions have consequences.
  3. Took my lad to the Dell in '97 when he was 6. He loved it and still talks about it. We beat Barnsley 4 -1!
  4. I think the club should publish the bus timetable and details of local taxi firms. Maybe they could also add a weather forcast so people know what to wear. FFS
  5. No doubt it is irritating that he has made such an impact at another club but the fact is he was not doing a great job for us. If he comes back could he continue his run of good form?
  6. Lymington Precision Engineering?
  7. wow 4 - 1!!! Sign Chappers now!
  8. A little overcast and chilly here - 7c
  9. Yes, any other links?
  10. Any web link for this one?
  11. Just seen the interview and thought it was a very frank conversation - very pleased. Obviously he is mightily ****ed off by the 'for sale' rumour which is why he broke 'radio silence' for the first time. Very positive and encouraging. Job well done in my opinion. God knows what will happen if promotion doesn't happen!
  12. why is it that I stil find it funny when someone mistakenly says a 'bad' word on tv or radio!!! Cheers for the thread!!!
  13. There was feature in the Mail on Sunday about MLT that included a pic of it. Try them.
  14. Sadly it's a shame that after so many years in local politics (his wife is also on the council) he has shown himself to be no different to any other corrupt politician.
  15. FIFA cares about FIFA. Presentations, votes, etc, it doesn't matter. Stand by for India and China hosting a WC soon..
  16. Sir Clive gave really good interviews...............
  17. The BBC is not independent of govt in my opinion as it needs them to collect the licence, perhaps unaccountable to govt would be a more appropriate word. The US networks are pretty much like the UK networks. Some are liberal (like ABC) some are not (FOX). Anyway, this is about politics in footall not the media. I think the decision was already made before the Times and BBC made their 'revelations'.
  18. The govt set the level of the licence fee. The licence is mandatory.
  19. No. I think Trinnidad and Tobago are the shoe-in.
  20. BBC get their salary and perks from the government - I think that is the root of the cause.. Imagine doing something that would **** off a customer 4 days before they were about to place a massive contract.
  21. Welcome to your "Michael Fish moment"!!!!
  22. The aim should be to win every game - I am sure this is how NA and NC look at it.
