  1. Ok I've read up a little bit more and feel more positive. Good luck Jay the road to recovery has begun. I will expect you back stronger than ever in 6 Months time.
  2. I find it difficult to find anything positive with this news. Forget England or Saints. I'm not sure if his careers isn't over.
  3. Hoping for the best, just like Ramirez injury looked terrible, but he was back in 4 weeks. It's just that a knee shouldn't bend in that direction?? It was almost like a dislocation.
  4. This, This, This!!!
  5. That is how it's done. We should fight this in the court.
  6. I cannot believe what you have written. Does anybody else share this opinion? Without the vision of Nicola where would we be now? Everybody's day always come, but lets not forget what he did for all of us.
  7. Shame Luke didn't score. What a headline
  8. Micky the referee and Assistant have split seconds to make decisions. We can replay the incidents time and time again. Of course top level referees never make wrong decisions. The thing is goals change games. And so do bad decisions! It's certainly not the first time we've had bad decisions against us in the Capital.
  9. Funny how I seem to have the same opinion as MoPo. I guess you know more than us Smirking Saint. Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino: "The first half we dominated but there's refereeing decisions which did not go our way and completely changed the dynamic of the game. "We suffered after conceding the equaliser and the last goal made it very difficult for us. There's nothing to complain about the third goal. We lost the game, more than Tottenham won the game, and they had a little help from the referee."
  10. Smirking Saint please don't patronize. I am a qualified referee, football trainer and have played the game for 40 years and guess what i'm still playing at centre back at the age of 45. Take another look at both incidents. Yes he could be stronger and not rely on protection from the referee, but both were fouls.
  11. On reflection I would edit what I wrote. What I meant is that the Tottenham defender wasn't going anywhere and giving away the foul made it easy for him to get out of a pressured situation. From the free kick Tottenham carved us open and scored. That's why I think he cost us the game. Just as the ref or the assistant linesman missed the fouls on Lovren.
  12. Sorry both are fouls. No contact with the ball. The second even more a clear push as the Tottenham player had 2 hands on him, pushing him forward. I agree you can't rely on Referees to give you anything and he should have been stronger and cleared, but both were fouls.
  13. What a load of hysterical c**p i've just read. Referee needs to be stronger and give the clear free kicks on Lovren. Then Tottenham would not been in the game. Ramirez must learn not to give stupid free kicks away. It cost us the game in my opinion.
  14. My gut feeling is he's staying 1:1
  15. Why don't we keep hold of all our players add a World class centre back and Striker and maybe 2 more squad players and go and win the league next season? You think i'm joking?
  16. I like your thinking, but isn't he a dinosaur in modern football?
  17. My Son has done the Math and thinks we will get 61 points?????? Eighth My Son is Eight.
  18. I think its a MoPo tactic for the Keeper to kick the ball to the flanks. I think its like playing a golf shot with an out of bounds to one side and the fairway being only 5 metres wide.
  19. Removed comment
  20. He was electric and I think this is a great move for him and Peterborough, but he needs to develop and Peterborough will be fantastic for him. He needs to go out and earn his next contract hopefully with Saints.
  21. Administrators this comment is totally unacceptable. I've met Lloyd in Austria and we chatted for about 10 minutes at the training camp. He is a great lad and I just can't understand why someone should be allowed to get away with such a stupid comment.
  22. I think the penalty does not fit the crime 10 matches for abh
  23. Hey I've got news for you Kreuger does not have a crystal ball. Have a little faith in our owner to make the right decisions. Words mean nothing its the actions and results that will determine if Kreuger was the right man for the job. Did anybody ask him if there were plans for a skating ring?
  24. Ramirez is a different type of player and has not yet been played in a style suited to him.
  25. I agree with norwaysaint. More I think we will build on this solid season and bring in a few more quality players to strengthen the squad. Lallana, Shaw, Jay-Rod, Lovren, MoPo going nowhere.
