Almost certain though that the contract would be under the jurisdiction of neither England or Spain, more likely a "neutral" country, Switzerland would be a good choice (ha ha). The contract would normally be "written" in both languages, but it is the jurisdiction term that is critical, since that is where any judgement would take place.
