Leeds could win absolutely everything and their fans would still moan. Thats exactly how I see it - he needs a game off. I think AP will start to rotate the players more if and when we sign two more.

I though he had a good game last night - was all over the park and about the only central MF to get beyond Lambert. Then well, a sign of immaturity on his part - he'll learn his lesson sitting in the stands twiddling his thumbs and wanting to be on the pitch (all IMHO of course).

Some mixed emotions on there - very understandable IMHO. But they seem very resigned to the fact he's going. I'm seriously hoping that Patterson is only going on loan there - think we'll be shooting ourselves in the foot if we let him go permanently - lets be honest, how long has Connolly got left? Probably the amount of time it would take to get rid of Patterson's rough edges.

But its not just the transfer fee is it? Agents, wages, signing on fees etc etc etc. We need to clear some players out - NC will not keep just buying.
