  1. Interesting appointment, I like him actually. I especially liked him in "Cheaper By The Dozen" and "Father of the Bride". In all seriousness, this is either gonna be a disastrous move or a brilliant move from the Leicester owners.
  2. Apparently Clasie ISN'T Morgan's replacement and we're still looking to sign another midfielder as such. I saw a lot of him in the WC but haven't seen him play since then. I must say he looked great during that WC, massive potential.
  3. Just found a video of highlights from the whole game. Has J-Rod bulked up a little bit or was he always like that?
  4. Ramirez could be a decent squad player but he didn't exactly set the world alight at Hull, and they went down! On another note, just seen the goals from yesterday, two good finishes from J-Rod which is very encouraging plus a left footed finish from Soares who's a RB, right? So that too is encouraging that he has two good feet. Has anyone seen their goals? Was wondering what they were like (or to put it bluntly, who's fault they were).
  5. Makes sense to sign a back up right back. Having watched the youth team on a number of occasions, RB is the only area of the pitch that I wouldn't trust our lad in the first team. Oh and maybe goalkeeper too...
  6. Why would we need Townsend? We're totally covered in that area of the pitch.
  7. The first one against Coventry. Adam Lallana had the shot and then Billy Sharp flicked it in (or vice versa). I knew, going into the game that as soon as we scored one, all the nerves around the stadium would disappear and we'd go on and score tons. As soon as that shot hit the net, I just thought "THAT'S IT! WE'RE GOING UP!". Getting goosebumps just thinking about it.
  8. Logged on here today to find two players have left us. I know which one I'm more disappointed about. Break a leg, Dani. Literally.
  9. Good player, served us well, good transfer fee, moved to a far bigger club for far more money, we've signed a replacement BEFORE he left...Not much to see here IMO.
  10. I think Reed is the new Cork.
  11. I didn't say still =/
  12. I do think he's a bit rubbish but I would take him for a small fee just to add to squad depth. I'd rather spend a small amount on him and a bigger amount on a player that we actually need position wise like a Toby or Morgan replacement than spend massive amounts on a winger when we're covered in that position anyway and then not be able to afford a quality replacement for those two.
  13. According to TalkSport anyway... http://talksport.com/football/revealed-top-10-premier-league-clubs-most-debt-150618149584
  14. Trippier signs for Spuds...Not that it matters now we've signed Soures anyway but thought it worth mentioning.
  15. We've been linked with him for about three years now. Didn't they want something stupid like £20 million last summer or the summer before? I don't think he's THAT good and I think we're okay in that position. I'd rather they focus on getting in a keeper (or two), a CB and a Morgan replacement.
  16. It's pronounced "Suarez" annoyingly. That's gonna take some getting used to. Has anyone on here seen this guy play? Last season preferably and can confirm his quality?
  17. Why? He's made it perfectly clear for the last 12 months he wants to leave.
  18. Newcastle away first. Everton first home game. Bombey home 31st Octobor. Arsenal home on boxing day. Bombey away March 1st. Palace at home last.
  19. We also have Seager and Gallagher climbing the ranks. Mane can play there too.
  20. I could have told you that there COULD be some news. You can say that about anything and never be proved wrong and "some news" could also mean anything.
  21. I like him. He's a bit cringey, in the way that he talks sometimes like when he says "The Saints" but it's nice that he tries to connect to us. Seems to have a good business mind and isn't going to be pushed around by the "big clubs".
  22. My one tiny complaint about this kit is that I don't like it when our badge is just an outline with no colour. I prefer us to have it in all it's glory. Other than that, I really like it.
  23. Love it! My favourite away kit since the yellow and blue Friends Provident kit in 2005-2006.
  24. Why? Don't say because it's too defensive, Morgan's attack play is brilliant. He can make things happen in attack as well as he can defend.
