Saw the first half and 15 minutes of the second...... seems I missed the drama! Pleased with what I saw tonight: commitment, a clear plan and everyone pulling together. Nice to see. Perhaps we are making strides in the right direction.

This. We look a team. We're organised, we have a plan, we have asked a few questions. Hats off to MoPe. Not sure I'm changing my vote yet, but credit to him for this performance so far.

I'm not really a fan of his. Think he is very limited. But you've summed it up perfectly. He did well very today, doing the things he does well.

So much this. Boufal is growing into this league now. Interesting how Bertrand looked happier and kept looking for the overlaps today. Very strong left hand side.

My reaction too. I'm really pleased with the performance, and it shows that our players can do better. Don't like that it has taken this long, or that it takes a game against such poor opposition for us to look like a team. So I remain in the MoPe out (and asap) camp. .....and I HOPE I'm proven wrong: that he kicks on from here to become a very successful manager for us.

Well then. Great performance. Played really well, albeit against poor opposition. By a mile the best performance I have seen from us in ages. Fresh, positive, creative and well......a 'team'. Yep. Very decent performance. With him, Romeu (when he's back on form) and Lemina.....we could have some of the best midfield options in the league.

They're playing better football, look far more committed and have some very winnable games coming up: Brighton, Bournemouth, Leicester, Watford, Swansea. I think they'll be okay.

This is true in every club though isn't it? And a skill of the magaer is to get them motivated, enjoying themselves, bought in to the approach and playing with at least a bit of passion. Other clubs manage this (although many don't of course). It's one of my big issues this season....we KNOW the players are better than they are showing and can demonstrate far more commitment. Yet they're not. I wonder...would any of us feel motivated to put ourselves on the line for MoPe.....LR.....RK?

Desparate for a win and performance today....the trouble is if we do deliver will it be genuine progress or 'papering over the cracks'? Very interested to see the reaction from the players - particularly in light of the cave in at Liverpool (and Cedrics comments). I wonder if they will go all-out, fully committed (which I don't think I've seen yet this season), or will they 'do a Leicester' and just go through the motions. They MUST know the feeling from the fans? Could be an interesting atmosphere today.
