Loved him. Always get a little wistful thinking back on his career here. Has any other single player had such a lasting impact with so few games for us?

Any idea where one might choose to watch this online?

Beginners courses at the Ocean Gym Southampton....let you get back into shape slowly, and build up the skills/fitness for the normal classes. MMA + boxing on offer too. There are a few of us late 30s (and a fair few into their mid 40s).

Did Karate for about 12 years: Black Belt, fought in loads of competitions. Dabbled in Muay Thai - hated it: too hard. Did Jeet Kune Do for about a year. Did MMA/BJJ for about a year. Got into Muay Thai (decided it was hard but worth the effort) and have been doing that for about 8 years. Love it. Age is definitively catching up with me now though! So more into it for the fitness rather than the fighting.

Muay Thai: would train every day if work didn't get in the way (that and age); usually do 3/4 sessions a week now. Forces Fit: got into it about 3 months ago (having got fed up with boring jogging - which I only used to do to help with fitness for Thai); hard work and the combination of bodywork exercises and running complements Thai very well; go 2/3 times a week. Going to the pub. I'm British in'I?! Relaxing with my amazing wife.

Aim for the stars, you might just get the moon.

I like that as a 4-5-1, with the opportunity for Chaplow to make forward runs

Balls. Off to the pub then.

Christ, Italy to the blackstuff: where did it all go wrong? Saints to come flying out of the blocks tonight, and will be 1 up inside 14 minutes. COYR WIFM.

RIP big guy. Loved watching you in a Saints shirt; loved giving you stick when you were in a Spurs shirt too! Proper defender: big, strong, brave. No age at all. Thoughts go out to your family.

Why is the death of Corey Haim one of the most read news stories on the BBC today? Weird!

So ups and downs, but more ups. Will chase Brighton fairly closely, but end up securing second place with a couple of games to go; 4 points behind top spot. What do I win?

Very sad indeed. Another Saint in heaven tonight. My thoughts are with your family and friends. RIP.

Pleased with this transfer window; we aleady had a good squad, now it is stronger. So - how do we think our promotion rivals have done? Who would you rather be now?
-
Plays like a real woman when he starts though.

CA: Give me a go on Fonte's missus and you've got a deal.

All a bit quite on him now. Have we bid?

Damn straight. Did you know loads of the Nokia phones, including the N8, have an FM transmitter built in? So you can play tunes on the phone through your radio......Apple needs you to plug a dirty great transmitter. Nokia are great at developing stuff, but have fallen down too many times in letting other manufacturers stake a claim, and therefore 'own' (i.e. be associated with) specific features. I'm still loving the N8 too.

Love Thai food, and will be troughing it to my heart's content in 3 weeks. Chilli fish for Christmas!- dinner!

I have played with a Kindle - it's okay. Love the idea of e-readers, but I do find the Kindle a little plastic/cheap feeling. I believe Samsung are (or may have just) brought out an e-reader. Shame that a well know Scandinavian mobile phone manufacturer recently canned their e-reader project: despite being all lined up for a late Nov launch. Really good product too....
