Thanks for that he looked in poor shape when I went by - speedy recovery.

Does anyone know how the Saints fan that was injured in Bevois Valley is on Saturday? Poor chap looked in a bad way.

Totally agree ......you can only beat whats in front of you though. As others have said the only downer for me was the missed chances and on another day we may get punished. Tranmere were awful.

Might help your post if you got your facts right....they are not bottom. 21 Dag & Red 11 2 2 1 7 7 0 2 4 4 12 -8 10 22 Tranmere 11 1 2 2 4 7 1 2 3 5 10 -8 10 23 Leyton Orient 11 2 1 2 6 5 0 2 4 5 10 -4 9 24 Brentford 11 2 1 3 6 9 0 2 3 1 5 -7 9

I for one was really glad he had the shirt on against Watford in the semi...bet you were too! I normally like your posts but you are way off in this for me.

I could not believe the texts sent into Solent...I know football is a game of opinions but 2 people thought Puncheon and Chaplow were poor!!! I think we must have some fans who face the stands and not the pitch! Chaplow had a great game and his addition for me is one missing link at home. No crab like passing between Hammond and Morgan and we now finally have a midfielder who goes beyond the strikers. Lambert was 90% better today. Hammond had another good game. Fonte was awesone and my MOM. I loved our new tactics of drawing them out at the back keeping it short and nullifies there 5 in midfield and gives us space. Guly looks the business now...lets see more of that and perhaps the anti-Cortese lot will shut up.

Lambert only available striker for Saturday...
Give it to Ron replied to Ivan Katalinic's 'tache's topic in The Saints
solentsport #saintsfc boss Nigel Adkins refuses to rule out Lee Barnard for Saturday. Connolly and Wotton back in training. Richardson close to fitness -
We were up that way last year on holiday and me and my nipper did the tour. I hated it.....yes its a great stadium and I found the museum very interesting and one for Ossie 1...they have great history but they are not my team. In the changing room it meant nothing that the peg was Ronaldo's or Beckham or that I was sat in Alex's position. They must make a fortune as they go off every 15 minutes of so and have about 30 attend from all over the world, Norway, Ireland, US, Surrey...all band wagon jumping ****s thats why I have more respect for fans in div 1 etc. I did keep teasing my nipper to ask them who Bobby Stokes was. By coincidence they had the northern area prem managers meeting and we saw several arrive like Moyes etc we had a chat and picture with Big Sam and McLeish who was great...then Fergie arrived and just rushed straight in and refused to have any photos done with his adoring public.....arrogant git. Give me being a Saints fan every day but then again I had no choice and nor do my kids.

Are you really that dim or just practising hard....Europe....yes I have seen my club play in Europe several times have you? Just from memory......Marseille, Anderlecht, Steu Bucharest, Rosenborg, Victoria Guimres in the Eufa cup etc how many times have you seen your lot? Really if you are going to post on here get your facts right you make yourself look even more stupid ....if thats possible.
-
Richardson never played do you mean Butterfield?
-
He didnt look like that from his reaction......problem is we had no forwards on the bench as well as Connolly is out for a while. Having said that the only way for Lambert to get back his form is to play - but he needs to work harder than he is at th emoment IMO.
-
I heard the Lambert interview on Solent tonight and loved it when he said Adkins had told him and Barny to play higher up the pitch and in their box. It was something at the Rochdale and Colchester game that was so wrong and Adkins has fixed that already. I got fed up in those games with lambert in our half rather than theirs - although today he was poor - lost count of the number of times he didnt even jump for a header. Barnard must of been really ****ed of getting subbed first after his brilliant display leaving on lazy Lambo.
-
Only on a short time but his experience will be valuable in the coming weeks - a real terrier exactly what we need.
-
Hahahaha thats a real coffee over keyboard moment ;-)

Being supported by local Soton band The Queue.
-
Think he has been named as asst manager at S****horpe.
-
Well with Connolly out for a while we will need someone quick.
-
Is that a loaded question? Signs the cheques - tries and makes the deal with the other club? Or you could have he vetoes everytning - no player is signed unless Cortese likes the cut ofhis jib. Horses head on his pillow if he upsets him.
-
Well he has been in Norwichs squad in 5 of their games this season so not that quiet.
-
http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10280~29616,00.html then he must of signed the 3rd year then......why??
-
To add...I am 100% certain that all of us that have seen him play take no pleasure in stating how poor he has been. We all would love it if he was the answer to our defensive/creative midfield option - he isn't and never will be sadly. His contract was up on the 28th August I believe so am not sure where he stands if that covers him for the season?
-
Why are you ignoring the fact that no other manager has played him and he has not been picked by how many managers in 8 years yet you think all of us that have seen him play are wrong? You have not seen him yet criticise those of us that have...brilliant!

Geneva Did you go back as part of the in house merger with Bank One?? I missed a trick getting moved off to another project from JPMC within IBM. Dr Who? Yep thats the one....good IT department until it got outsourced to Hoskyns/Cap Gemini who were the biggest cowboy outfit I have ever worked for...and there have been a few.
