Have you seen Forecast play??? If you had you would see there is a reason why and its nothing to do with your idol - he is gone - he ****ed up get over it. Forecast is beaten far too many times from long range and is shocking on crosses. I have seen him 6 times and he has been poor everytime.

Anyone Else Think We Could Be Playing pompee...
Give it to Ron replied to TijuanaTim's topic in The Saints
Nope they have the luck of old nick and will get out of this f'sure. Mandaric buyout and then the collapse of ITV digital are proof of that. I also think we will just miss out of the playoffs as we have too much of a mountain to climb this season. No pre-season, poor squad to start with, -10 all combined may prove too much. -
Pehaps Burnley already have a better option in Alexander??

More likely they read your post on here!

Now picked up by the Echo - good bit of investigative journalism again!! copycat .... http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4846572.Hughton_rules_out_Lambert_move/?ref=twt&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter&utm_term=saintsfc%2C+southampton

It was the funniest game I have seen at SMS..Japan v Nigeria in the rain. I have never seen so many Japanese cameras and flashes going off during a game. I was sat right in amongst the Nigeria supporters who had no idea or care about seat numbers and had some comical songs. In the row in front were a load of Japanes girls who screamed at a very high pitch everytime they got near the 20 yard line it was brilliant.

True but it was an example about self policing as well - its the only way to ensure kids are not put in situations of being alone and at risk - no certificate will beat that.
-
I don't think he meant that at all, just that putting all your trust in a certificate carried out by a 3rd agency isn't all that safe really is it? Self policing and parental responsibility is the only way - I never ever gave lifts to team mates of my son/daughters teams without having someone else in the car - something I learnt as part of my FA child protection.
-
They were also talking about bringing it in for linesman(assistant refererees) at a meeting I went to a couple of years ago but that was thrown out.
-
Why dont you read what I wrote FFS!!! It cost me £12 to renew ny FA Dislosure CRB thats a fact!!! I took my FA coaching badge 3 years ago,CRB is part of that and expires after 3 years - you get sent a renewal and have to complet an online course...it costs £12 then you get sent your renewal certificate. This enables me to coach kids!!! Tell me how having a certificate stops that? Read what I wrote about the FA president...who is policing the police? I am fully aware of the cost of Disclosures but that is nothing to do with renewals of CRB!!!
-
Actually I am wrong the last one was £12 in October when I had to renew my expired one as they last 3 years for FA Level .
-
Because then the company appointed to oversee it wouldn't make a nice big fat profit to hand on would they. £10 a time...for ticking boxes and sending back a form.
-
Because they only relate to the thing you apply for such as school governor - if you then work for a different football team you have to apply again they are not transferrable. Its all done by the same company at the other end..... Its all ****** though as proved recently when the FA insist you have them and then the President of an FA gets arrested for child abuse over a number of years in a different sport!!!
-
Criminal Records Bureau check for any history of criminal records. You have to have one if you are going to be a governor, teacher or even if you are going to help coach kids at sport. Costs a £10.....means bugger all really. You need one for every thing you do - I have had to have 2 one for the football team I coach and one for the school where I also help coach.
-
But thats what forums are about surely. Everyone has an opinion just because some think we won't or cant make it thats not wrong likewise your opinion isn't wrong its just that an opinion. Personally think we had too much of a mountain to climb, -10, crap squad, no pre-season and a poor start. All combined will be too much of a handicap IMHO. As long as we have a go thats all I care about - I got carried away under that useless tw8t Burley and am not doing that again!
-
Is there not huge pressure already then??? Certainly certain posters keep saying there is everytime we sign or are rumoured to be signing!!!! Do you think the plan is to stay here in thos **** league? Did Pardew yesterday not state that the aim was play-offs?
-
Disagree are you saying Leeds are not ??? Years of mismanagement, poor transfers, bad luck with injuries, boards in turmoil can relegate any club no matter how big. For what its worth I never see us as a big club we are just an average size club that got relegated and made one shocking decision after another.
-
I wonder if he could make use of a ball winning midfielder with a record of very few games so must be fit ;-).
-
Another 'big' signing, according to JackanorySFC
Give it to Ron replied to Minty's topic in The Saints
Neither...... by the way..it states is set to reject,, doesn't mean he has or will if we up the offer! Never believe everything you read in the papers. -
They were saying this on TV last night....one school opened but had hardly any pupils - the LEA stated that all those that didn't attend were truant which buggers up the schools stats and league tables and get them in trouble with the government etc. Is it any wonder Headteachers are playing it safe!
-
I sort of agree with what you are saying but Geneva and other countries have far worse snow and far more regularly than we do. I am sure they have far more need for snow ploughs than we do for instance. Why would a council thats already financially in ruins as many are buy something like that to use once every five years or so. The councils should be geared up with more salt and grit but again many only stock just enough and its your council bill that will rise to change this. Its a different world to when I was at school...I remember us being off school for snow though - nowadays its the worry of being sued. I read that if you clear your drive and someone slips you are liable ...if you leave it you are not.
-
Did you go to work today? Not all teachers and staff live right next to school and have to travel in a fair way so why put there safety at risk just because you are p1ssed off looking after your kids? My nipper has to catch a school bus - the school and bus company have deemed it unsafe to run so why should I put his life and mine at risk taking him to school that will also be dangerous to walk on pavements near the school? Where do kids go .....on the computer doing their homework .

Post 87 on this thread could be a clue as to why.

I had some freebies last night at the Odeon ....good film excellently portrayed by Serkis. Certainly a troubled childhood that caused him issues in later life - came across as a bit of a b8stard and could never be accused of being a family man! Worth watching just for the acting.
