have a mate which was my 'pulling' buddy back in the day who is still single and he is ****gin tons of muffin off these internet sites. jealous in a 'im stuck in a 10 year relationship' type of way with regards to the amount of fanny he is getting...he isnt even attractive and i was more successful in the old skool style of pulling birds in nightclubs back in the 90s.. just had a quick brown of a couple of sites, looks like many ads are fakes and the rest are munters though.

wanting to do something after the new year and this workout interests me but watching that vid a) i wouldnt be able to do it and b) wouldnt be able to move for a week afterwards trying it.. is there a website for begineers with the bell to get upto this standard. Thinking of doing this on top of taking up boxing as well as the usual cardio **** (running,football).

I would imagine Rhys Williams is still on the radar and can cover both Centreback and Defensive Midfield.

I spent two months learning Argie Spanish before travelling to S.America and in that time I had enough grasp of the language to have virtually no problems speaking it for my travel purposes. Found it easy to study and normally I struggle to learn new languages having tried French and Germand before.
