Cor blimey, had to hit the sack early last night so couldn't watch the game, checked the forum straight away this morning and this was the first thread that popped up. Thought we got smashed 3-0 or something.....
It was a question not a comment, also the reasoning is most managers try and keep the same back room staff they had at other clubs, I would have thought that bit was obvious.
Its like those Russians yoooff's who climb those massive buildings and stand on the edges etc. Whilst it is very very ballsy and I wouldnt do it in a million years..one gust of unexpected wind will sort them out.
Spurs have had a top team with top players for a few years now. I would say their team is stronger than Chelseas that won the league last season, just Conte got Chelsea to perform. Thats what I would measure his performance on.
Hes good, not brilliant - hasn't won anything substantial as a manager and a brilliant manager would have won the league with Spurs by now...I feel that the Spurs team is about to get pulled apart come next summer with the rumours of players wanting more $$$.

Funny how this post was on the appointment of Koeman to start with, with blind optimism...saying they should be VVD too etc etc
He has to be careful Tadic now with the bans coming for after game reviews, frustration with his dive was that if he had stayed on his feet he could have laid the ball off with the keeper out of goal.
Deserved three points. For all the slating MP gets be thankful we havent got Pulis as manager! Great goal to win it. Could have been 3 or 4. Hit woodwork twice as well.
