Another perspective on it: If Jenson finishes ahead of Rubens (in the points) in any of the remaining races, Rubens will need to win and finish at least 2nd in the other two and hope Jenson fails to score.

Not a bad race by street circuit standards. Best result Jenson could realistically have hoped for. Outscoring his team mate in any of the final few races is a massive step towards the title. Qualifying 10 places behind Vettel and only scoring 1 less point has all-but ruled him out too.

Just watching Vignal putting in some decent crosses for Brum on MOTD. Exactly the sort of thing we need IMO.

Service. There is no way Lembert is suddenly crap. I wont go over the Sagnowski debate again, but Lambert's form alone is proof we just aren't carving out chances. We need pace, width and more agressive, quicker thinking.

There are just too many legends to try and pick 4 stand out players. I think we should rename the blocks instead of the stands. Then we could honour 40-odd players. Ball, Le Tiss, Channon, Stokes, Moran, Mills, Pahars, Davies and Mark Draper.

Just back from the match. By that I mean, I got a brief glimpse of te stadium 10 minutes before kick off, from the window of an airliner. Can I count this as an away ground I've visited?

Dynamo Kyiv. Various reasons, ranging from the team of world class home grown players which SHOULD have won the 1999 CL (they threw away a 3-1 lead against Bayern in the semis) all the way to "Ukraine" being a funny word. I guess the main reason is it's just nice to have an interest in CL. All that top class football, I need a distraction from Saints. Just can't bring myself to support any of the big 4 which usually represent us in Europe, although if Villa or Everton ever managed it, I'd back them. Saggy chops Hotspur probably not. Man City, only if every game was a repeat of last weekends Manc derby.
