None of those pikey stores have 100,000 sq ft outlets, I wouldn't have thought.

A fully built 100,000 sq ft supermarket would cost £20m tops. Buts thats not what they have, They only have the land. Plus a quick look sees that Tesco , Asda and Sainsburys already have stores in the area.
