Very worrying article in the Echo with ROmeu. Basically saying the manager wants the other teams forward players marked when we are 'attacking' in case we lose the ball and get an attack going. Talk about negative...........but must be wrong as we were promised exciting, attacking football when he was appointed. Dull fest tomorrow where we will be cautious to make sure Burnley can't score

TBF, although I felt (and still do) that Puel was hard done by I was in the UK for the Man City game and have never been so bored at a football game as I was that day. Unlike the 70s, that match cost me over 40 quid and I spent the entire 90 minutes wishing I hadn't bothered. This season has been an extension of that exercise in futility and while entertainment is not guaranteed, it would be nice to have some occasionally. I cannot think of 1 single game under MP that has been in the least bit entertaining.

If he goes there, they are getting a better manager than we have currently. Disgracefully treated by the fans and club and, as this season is showing, it wasn't necessarily his tactics that were wrong it was the billy big ****** players that were the problem. I'm sure Leicester would start seeing some younger players being given opportunities and improving under his tutelage - something we are sadly unlikely to see under MP.

Boufal rightly p***** at MP - should have played from the start. No doubt he won't start next game............ Long is done and should be sold asap - absolute disaster. Boufal doing what not one other player in our side can do - attack at pace and not pass sideways or out wide for a pathetic cross to come in.
