I'm going to be trying a CBD drink this evening to see if it helps me sleep better than i do. A friend has recommended it and i'd rather turn to this than more established medicinal remedies. As has been mentioned caffeine is a big issue for a lot of people, my mum changed from regular tea and coffee about a year ago and found it helped.
