You've just highlighted the point. They said we had the right to appeal back in April, after that they looked into our accounts themselves and probably gathered something then which highlighted the PLC and football club were not linked. They then decided we would not have the right to appeal because let's face it, they wouldn't want to be made to look like fools when the points would be over-turned....and I think they were expecting a new buyer not to question it.

Lord whatever his name is said we had the right to appeal when the decision was made back in April....
