Get a grip FFS We looked the better team for the first 15 mins.... against a team that beat us almost every time we meet. Alli's goal was the result of a fluke deflection. Puel made a brave decision to change 3 players at once and go for the equaliser. Sadly it didn't pay off. We are doing alright and still in 8th. My only concern is Forster...... But I'll take 8th and in the League Cup semi-final at this stage of the season.

Taters on Sunday claimed that was the first time Jrod has played 90 minutes in 3 years. Is that right?

So this is our pre-christmas slump then Saw that coming when we missed up the Prague game. Was hoping it would be today, but Shlong will come good soon. Hope Charlie's shoulder isn't bad. People have short memories. This time last year we were about 10 games in to.... Mane's 19 games without scoring. Pelle's 20 games without scoring. -
Crystal Palace 3 Saints 0 - Meltdown Thread

You two really are pathetic and don't deserve the title of supporter. Get a grip FFS. Get over yourself. The facts say we had 18 shots with 4 blocked, 3 on target, and 1 that hit the woodwork. We had more possession [58%], more accurate passes than Palarse and a higher pass success rate. Yes we lost. That was in large measure down to Forster's mistake. Now cheer up and focus on the next game. -
Crystal Palace 3 Saints 0 - Meltdown Thread

Meh. I'll take that if it comes with beating Arsenal and a win next Thursday. Didn't really want to be the team that got Pardew sacked anyway. Palace looked cr@p and devoid of confidence until Forster handed them a goal on a plate. Most embarrassing moment of Fraser's career [better had be!]. Despite the result, thought Redmond was good, some nice skills [but no finishing] from Boufal and Cedric MOTM for me. -
Chill out.We are playing the league leaders who are in their best form 4 more than 10 years. 30 goals they've scored so far. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

Thought Yoshi was decent for a change - 2 important clearances and no dodgy back pass! Virgil was immense, and SM had a decent game again. Romeu was a rock as usual, Hoj did well too. Sad for Jrod - it just isn't falling for him ATM. Cuco didn't have his best game, nor JWP. Was worried we'd lose at HT but the dirty cheats got what they deserved...for a change. Wish Charlie had started, but Penalty excepted Tadic did ok. Just don't let him take one again?
-
Said it before and I'll say it again: Don't let Tadic take penalties. We have been poor and it's hard to see coming back from this. I'll bet they're buzzing in the Inter changing room now
-
Come on Saints! We can win this!

It's back now.

Great article. Thanks for posting link
-
You actually believe that is a fair representation of the facts?
-
LOL Ian Dury is definitely still dead [sadly], but the jury will not return a verdict until the season is done.
-
According to today's taters, the designated penalty taker was WARD-PROWSE!. If true Tadic was being a c*ck.
-
Tadic is a poor penalty taker IMO and it should be the centre forward on the pitch. Was it v Arsenal where he took a terrible one?

At last a win Well Played Saints, Cuco, Charlie, and Oriel in particular. Bring on Swansea -
agree with this. thought Cedric did ok myself. Also thought Hoejberg looked good when he came on. Oh, and strikers will miss chances - Arsenal's did today.

Could be better...or worse. -
Feels like 2 points dropped, but i'm not worried any more - Redmond was superb. Hojbjerg and Pied looked good and Tadic was magic at times. On the basis of this game we can play attractive football that excites
-
Great news Tadic will be a really important player for us this season.
-
Respect! Hope he has a fantastic season

Over the moon! After a miserable May I'm starting to enjoy the Saints summer for a change

ROTFL!!! Who here, including you, is going to give him one whole season, LET ALONE TWO!, before passing judgement on the new manager
