  1. So that list only covers 7/38 games? No big deal then.
  2. genuine ROTFLMAO
  3. Does this mean he's staying http://www.virginmedia.com/
  4. £100 million and no less.
  5. I thought he was decent in both games, and showed surprising pace for a big man.... ...but not a very good crosser of the ball. Cedric is better.
  6. Gutted for Shane. Unlucky to hit the bar - keeper wasn't saving that. His assist for Jrod's goal was quality, and he worked his socks off for the team all game. Jrod had 2 decent chances and should have scored the 2nd. He will be going this summer I hope, the best for us and him too. Good to see Charlie back - would like to see him and Gabbi play together. Redmond was decent when he came on and scored a lovely goal, but his short passing lets him down at times. Midfield was 'meh' at best, with no creativity. You could see every pass coming before it was playe, and we passed sideways and back into our own half too many times. Clasie was ok at best. Romeu was reliable - not his best game but still decent. Really disappointed with Hojbjerg - I see why BM let him go now. Yoshi did ok, but his passing is not very imaginative. Caceres did ok, a nice slide tackle in 1st half, but nothing spectacular. He was being elbowed in the face for their goal. Pied ok, but I'd rather have Cedric - he puts in better crosses, and has more aggression in his play. Bertrand had a good game and put in some decent crosses. Forster had nothing to do for most of the game, but made a decent save when required. gutted we couldn't hold on to 8th place for more than 15 minutes But it's still achievable...
  7. Yes! up to 8th
  8. PRetty boring half that. Pied and Caceres look ok and Shane is working hard, with a lovely assist for the goal. But there's no creativity or movement in midfield. We need 2 more goals to go 8th! , One more put us even on points, goal difference, goals scored, AND head to head with WBA, so not sure how they decide then - Alphabetic order?
  9. This. Players, agents, and people within the club will also leak "information" to suit their purposes knowing it to be untrue, or gross exaggeration.
  10. Execution by lethal injection is what the Chinese state does...regularly. That's no comment on the seriousness of any charge - just an exciting tabloid headline. A shame it wasn't brought up when china enjoyed a stat visit to the UK, or when our government pays them to take over our nuclear power industry. Seems that the head of Lander investments was one of many 'businessmen' to pay bribes in order to be able to do business. Hardly shocking. OTOH I don't see how anybody accumulates that level of wealth in Chine, Russia, or most other places by being a 'fit and proper' person....
  11. ROTFLMAO!
  12. Another loss and the muppets are back. None of the armchair managers on here have seen the players training over the last weeks. I'll take Puel over any of the smart arses on here thank you. Thought we were the better team for the first 46 minutes. Struggled at times 2nd half, but pleased to see both ex-Chelski boys score. Starting Boufal was a gamble, but he did well in the first half. Tadic was disappointing for me. Forster did ok as did Yoshi and Stephens. Roll on Hull, and Leicester beating WB....
  13. Right Here, Right Now.
  14. Agree with all of that. Well said!
  15. Got to disagree. I watched it 7 times including the premier league replays after the end of the game. Schlupp flung his arm out trying to regain his balance, and the ball struck his hand but he did not "punch" the ball at all. Seen them given, but at that short range he didn't have time to react and do that with intent IMO. Bearing in mind the rule is based on intent you will never know 100%, unless the player confesses after the game! Benteke on the other hand [ball] deserved his yellow card for deliberate HB.
  16. Who is the "ex wham" tater? "I don't know whether he meant it or not, but that's a stonewall penalty" TBH not convinced it was intentional and therefore a penalty. OTOH Zaha is a diving f**king cheat who conned the ref into 2 free kicks, so glad to see his tricks were ignored the 3rd time. Zaha kicking off and security come onto escort the officials? How is that not a card? Now we need to get at them and win this.
  17. I thought this was mocking the way his agent planted the Sun story and put out feelers to any potentially interested clubs!
  18. Hopefully we can still rack up the goals without Gabbi. Come n you saints. We can do it.
  19. We've got so many injuries it's unbelivable
  20. The only way we will step up is by getting used to Europa league every season and developing the squad to manage games every 3 days. Might help us keep players, as well as justify spending to improve the squad. Of course we want Europe every year! So will 7th might get a Europa League place? 17 points off with 2 games in hand and another 10 to play may be a lost cause.... but win the games in hand while Everton drop points, and I can dream.....
  21. Agree with both of you. He has now forced Puel's hand into dropping him for disciplinary reasons, and that is not what we need at this stage. On top of all the injury problems he has really not helped the team, just confirmed what a gob****e selfish pr*t he is.
  22. LOL More likely if Fonte played Man U would have had a penalty and won 4-2.
  23. Yes, lino is a muppet.
