Get rid of the seats and turn the ground into and all standing stadium. Allow smoking and drinking on the terraces. Ban wigs, face paint, women and children. Pay on the turnstiles like the good old days. AGAINST MODERN FOOTBALL.

I firmly beleieve we can match Barcelona within two years. St Marys can be expanded, and if we can keep Lallana, Oxo and Lambert we can more than match them man for man. The core is there, I reckon we are 3 - 4 players from matching them IMO.

Many thanks for all your replies, much appreciated. Unfortunately, I don't think 'job position' really comes into it, as we all have the same sort of job in our stores, it's just some have more skills than others. None of the old boys want to go so I'm hoping it'll be some of the boys that the boss doesn't really like ( there are a few ).
