They lost 4-0 at Man City too.

And a Happy Hallowe’en to you too!

I’d give him two fingers.

My iPad Mini that I bought recently has a USB-C plug.

If only poor old Vlad had checked first. He doesn’t realise that I signed four pieces of paper a couple of weeks ago declaring that these four regions now belonged to the little-known realm of Whiteygrandadland.

Why do you think he could provide that? The end of his tenure here was just as bad as Ralph’s.
-
We didn't lose any points because we never had them.
-
Any fear that they might go for Ralph?
-
Yep, just as bad.

He caught the virus that was going around the squad.

We did take the short option at least once.

He was very poor today. Some weird decisions especially against KWP. On one occasion in the first half he was let down by his assistant up in the Chapel/Kingsland corner. It was a blatant foul that neither of them gave. Pickford was allowed to take as long as he wanted. At one time in the second half he held onto the ball for 25 seconds before releasing it. The guidelines used to say “about 6 seconds “. no control of the game at all.

Too many changes to the starting line up. Larios was always going to play safe as any youngster would. Chaleta-Car never looked like he was a part of a settled defence and a lot of his passing was poor. Should have scored at the end. Mainland-Niles looked very rusty. Mara did a good impression of the Invisible Man. The changes after their second goal made a big difference. Adam Armstrong was very lively and unlucky not to get something out of the game. Perraud was more direct and more experienced. All a great disappointment. One more thing. We lost the toss again and kicked towards the Northam in the second half. This happened a lot towards the end of last season too. I don’t have any records but I’m pretty certain that we have lost every one of these games where this has happened. There should be no reason for this but it is a weird coincidence.

Awkward, and not for our benefit.

It’s home games of course. Palace away on the 29th is also 3 o’clock on a Saturday.

So God didn’t save her then?

Indeed he is but at the time I thought he was the worst Prime Minister that I had ever experienced.

The small things in life that bring you joy
Whitey Grandad replied to trousers's topic in The Lounge
I used to have a Danish customer who was aircraft mad. I gave him a small book that I had about the Lancaster and he couldn’t believe that we had undertaken such an operation. He had never even heard of it. He told me that when he was a small boy there was a crashed Lancaster in the woods near his house and that he used to play inside it. Brave men indeed. After the raid Guy Gibson was sent on a publicity tour of America and Canada. At a press conference in New York he was asked how many operations he had been on. There was a stunned silence when he said 174. American airmen were considered worn out at 25. Brave and selfless men all of them.. -
There are hundreds of altwernative views. Most of them think that Claude Puel is not a very good manager. Do you (or anybody else) really think that if Puel had been here for nother season that he would have repeated his 'outstanding' achievement of getting 46 points, let alone getting to Wembley again?
-
Indeed it is. It's an alternative point of view.

Because he isn't Russian of course.

Same number of rounds albeit one is two-legged but in terms of the achievement of actually getting there.
